Comida excelente, buffet muy variado y personal muy atento y amable. Reoetiremos seguro. Las zonas comunes estan muy bien, especialmente para los mas pequeños. El todo incluido de los mejores que he visitado, y un desayuno espectacular.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias, el bufet es abundante y buena comida, el personal nos ha tratado muy bien, muy amables i, el complejo muy cómodo y tranquilo, salida directa a la playa de Alcudia. Es la segunda vez que venimos y más que seguro que volveremos.

Vacaciones de mayo/junio 2025 con mi pareja. Muy Buena atención por todo el personal, hemos venido 9 días desde Holanda. Todo muy bien. Nos llegó una champaña por ganar un bingo! Realmente increíble. Tania gracias!!!!! Volveremos el siguiente año! Nos vemos

Really lovely hotel for a family holiday. The food was excellent in quality, quantity and variety, staff were excellent and made a huge effort for our 6-year-old's birthday, and the Kids Club team were really friendly and helpful. The beach and pools were perfect for our kids, the surrounding areas were great for parents, and having such shallow water in the sea meant the kids could swim without us needing to worry too much about safety (there is also a lifeguard on the beach as well as at each pool). It was very busy (half term) but otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would go back!

Sehr gut und schön. Sauber, sehr nette Leute, super Buffet. Super Strand. 2 Kinderpools einer leicht beheizt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Animationen für Kinder bis ca. 21:00. von 21:00 bis 22:30 Musik auf der Bühne… am Strand können Liegen reserviert werden für 4 Tage für 80€. Oder Tagesmiete spontan für 20€. (Jeweils 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm)

Great stay at Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca! Worth the 50 minute drive from the airport as the hotel is located on a beautiful beach. The hotel rooms are outdated and need renovation but we were aware of the old school look when we booked so it didn't come as a shock. Lifts in buildings also need renovating and better maintenance. But apart from this, it was a great stay! With a 5 year old and 21 month old, this hotel had fantastic entertainment and the swimming pools were amazing and the 1 minute walk to the beach is ideal. Although the hotel has only 1 buffet restaurant, there was a fantastic selection of food which changed every lunchtime and dinner. Great options for vegetarians too! Be warned if you stay half board, no drinks are included whatsoever, I would have expected water and soft drinks to be part of the package but it is an extra charge. The food truck near the beach was nice aswell. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned well everyday. Hotel is well located in an area near bars and restaurants. Overall a really great stay!
