Run down property. Night staff sits and does nothing.

This place is definitely showing its age, but they openly acknowledge this. There are posted signs about renovations in progress. So, if you need new and updated, this is not the place for you. We stayed 1 night when passing through on our way home. Not the cleanest, with stained furniture in the room. Tired, saggy foldout couch. Bathroom tiles broken and not adhered to the floor. Pool was dirty, with very murky water. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

I visit Albuquerque a couple of times a year and always find myself coming back to this hotel. It smells so nice and clean when you enter to check-in. It is an easy-to-find location, right off the freeway. I always get a good night's sleep and enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Also, there is a PF Changs within walking distance. This feels like a home away from home thanks to the general manager, Brenda, and her staff. I can't wait to come back.

Not surprised that this place is a good stay as most Marriott hotels are top notch. The only thing that the place needs to be over the top is a bar or beer and wine available for purchase in it's bistro. Other than that you can't go wrong staying here with it's great proximity to dining and shopping.

Our one bedroom suite was very clean. It was nicely done as well. We enjoyed the pool. Also appreciated the free bags of ice for guests (needed for our cooler). Breakfast was the only disappointment was below standards for other residence inn we have stayed at.

The hotel is nice if you don’t look too closely. Once you start to actually look around, you will notice holes in the walls, tons of peeling wall paper (not just in the bathrooms, everywhere), lumpy carpet, etc. The first week we’re here there was a guest clearly smoking *something* in their room and it just went on until they checked out, as far as I can tell. Not exactly a pleasure to walk the halls with your children as that stench permeates. They over charge for laundering (3.50 each time for us) but the most egregious offense as far as I’m concerned: tell me why there was a Book of Mormon in each of my bedside tables? The Bible is at least universal; if they’re going to stock extra biblical books then we should find the catechism of the Catholic Church and other such books filling up the side drawers as well. If Marriott is permissive of all of this, we’ll be taking our frequent stays to other chains. Regardless, we’ll never be back at this location again.

Marriot? I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's. Reading the reviews after staying here (my stay was booked by my company & being Marriot they trusted it would be acceptable) I see that all the way back in 2021 people were commenting on the tape holding the carpet down, holes in furniture, slow draining bathroom fixtures, dingy "gym" & subpar breakfast. Nothing has changed or improved. I am so disappointed.

The prize of this hotel is the staff. Pralay and Alexis provided excellent breakfast service with a positive attitude. The front desk went over and beyond to greet their guests and provide information. We were attending the opening days of the International balloon fest. The hotel provided a very nice continental breakfast at 4am. (Unexpected pleasure). Great location for our event. The downside was the condition of our room and hotel. The furniture had a hole, it was extremely dirty! There was Duct tape holding carpet down, our TV didn’t work and one sink didn’t drain.

As our mom was dying, we were in town for an extended time. This hotel was a refuge in our painful visit. The supportive, kind, and friendly service given by everyone, especially Melinda and Parley, was a blessing. Each day we were greeted with warm smiles and a tasty home cooked breakfast. The rooms were what we needed to rest and recoup after each day. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
