"I stayed here recently and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The hotel is old, outdated, and has zero charm. The rooms are small and while they’re somewhat clean, they’re crawling with bugs. Not exactly what you want when you’re trying to relax. The pool area is basically an extension of the restaurant, which explains why they’re so strict about outside food or drinks — but it’s still ridiculous. You’re not allowed to bring anything with you, not even a snack. They clearly just want to force you to buy their overpriced food and drinks, which aren’t worth it. Speaking of food: the breakfast was soggy and bland, and dinner on the first night was even worse. We didn’t bother going back after that. There is no atmosphere whatsoever. The hotel bar is the most depressing place I’ve ever been. The barman just stares at one of four TVs showing football. No music, no welcome, no vibe. We stayed for an hour just to play pool and it felt like a wake. The bed? Lumpy. The only thing that worked properly was the air conditioning — and that’s about the nicest thing I can say. For the money they charge, this place is a joke. Buggy, boring, and joyless. Avoid."

"Hotellin pääetu on se sijainti parhaalla rannalla Falesia. Katsovat ovat maalaavia. Hotelli on pieni, mutta alue on hyvin suunniteltu, on useita paikkoja rakastaa näkymät hotellin alueella. Erittäin kaunis, mukava. Varasin vakiohuoneen, minulle annettiin hyvin vanha huone 2. kerroksessa parkkipaikalla näkymä. Huone haisti hyvin höyryä, vanha matto, ja korjaus ääniä olivat koko ajan pysäköintipuolelta. Minulla on allergia ja asuminen tällaisessa huoneessa on melko epämiellyttävä, joten lisämaksu 70 euroa yhdestä yöstä minun piti vaihtaa huone näköalaa meren. Minulle annettiin huone neljännellä kerroksella, toisella siivellä. Huone on hieman pienempi alueella, ei ole vahva kosteus haju, varsinkin avoimessa parvekkeessa, mutta näkymä merellä kattaa kaikki nämä hetket! aamiaiset ovat erinomaisia, hyvä palvelu, joogapäivän, laajeneminen. May on vielä kylmä, joten et ui paljon. Henkilökunta on mukava yrittää auttaa kaikkea."

Hotelli itse ei ole nykyaikaisin, mutta se on spotless mukava vuodetta ja suuri suihku. Huoneessani oli kaunis merenpinnan näkymä, jossa oli suuri suihku ja mukava vuode. Uima-allasalue oli hämmästyttävä, jossa oli paljon auringonpaisteita ja istuinpaikoja. Henkilöstö saapumisesta lähdössämme oli poikkeuksellista. Erittäin informatiivinen, ystävällinen, aina saatavilla ja erittäin sitova he tekivät meidän oleskelu."

Location is close to old and new town, local shops, pharmacy & supermarket. This is our second stay here and we will booking again for next year. I highly recommend the Navigator Aquasol, they have excellent management here, the hotel runs like clockwork and all staff seem happy in their jobs. I’ve been coming to Portugal for over 20 years and this is my favourite hotel. So sad to be home now 🥲 see you all next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The room smelled of stale cigarettes. Late checkout was not possible to book; it cost extra, and no extra night either. I was not allowed into the hotel in the morning because I had lost the paper wristband that apparently grants access. Because of this, I stood outside for half an hour in the middle of the night. The staff do not make an effort to help you and leave you to figure it out yourself."
