Hotel com excelentes condições, limpeza impecável, apartamentos enormes e muito bem equipados. Um kitchinet com eletrodomésticos novos, frigorífico com congelador, loiça nova! Restaurante com comida muito boa e qualidade superior. Sempre dois pratos peixe, dois pratos carne e menu infantil. Local calmo, longe da confusão, excelente para crianças, e com parque de estacionamento sempre acessível. Recomendo a estadia neste hotel.

Hotel mencionado 4 estrelas onde já nem 3 tem. Na recepção só deixaram entrar para o quarto depois das 15 horas. Chave para abrir a porta do apartamento. Frigorífico avariado. Não tem transfer para a praia. Serviço tudo incluído fraco. Temos que pagar quase tudo na mesma . O restaurante é razoável e tem alguns funcionários que lutam para dar alguma alegria ao hotel. As piscinas exteriores também são razoáveis. Paguei muito para o serviço que tive direito. Considero apenas que é um hotel com apartamentos e piscina.

Pontos fracos: - Hotel a necessitar de manutenção nos espaços exterior e interior, - Parque infantil degradado, com grades de madeira partidas e deixadas no chão, podendo ser perigoso para os mais pequenos - Falta de segurança nas pisicinas: deveriam colocar uma proteção a toda a sua volta quando a mesma está encerrada, visto que as crianças brincam muito próximo e torna-se uma preocupação para os pais. - Funcionário da recepção muito pouco profussional: assistimos a uma situação pouco feliz de um funcionário da recepção a falar de forma inadequada para a sua colega de trabalho, à frente de todos os clientes. - Piscineiro era simpático mas por duas vezes procedeu mal connosco, pediu-nos, em dois dias diferentes, para retirarmos as nossas cadeiras do sítio em que estavamos pois estariam a impedir a passagem das pessoas, nós retiramos as cadeiras, mas no dia seguinte haviam outras pessoas no mesmo lugar e não pôs qualquer problema. Uma das regras da piscina, que estava descrita no papel que nos deram à chegada, era que não era permitido resevar as cadeiras se as pessoas não estivessem na piscina, contudo, o que vimos todos os dias a acontecer, e que nunca vimos o piscineiro a agir contra isso, foi que as pessoas deixavam as suas toalhas nas cadeira para reservá-las e ficavam horas sem ninguém, e quem lá estava não tinha cadeiras nem guarda-sol.. pediam ao piscineiro por uma solução, mas o mesmo dizia que não podia fazer nada. Pontos fortes: - Hotel com boas piscinas, - Restaurante situado no último piso com uma vista muito bonita para o mar, - Funcionários do restaurante muito simpáticos ( Fátima, Noémia, Piedade) - Quarto/apartamento em que ficamos no piso 1, bem equipados, com acesso à piscina pela nossa varanda.

Don't book this hotel thinking it's a 4star because it is far from it. If it wasn't for the great gym underneath it would be a 2star. I have stayed here in the past & the rooms weren't that great then they all need updating, fixing & a good scrub. We booked a disabled room this time & the smell upon entry was stale so that wasn't a great start. Shower was broke kept dropping & fell on my face marking it. Cleaners kept taking our towels then leaving only 3 when there was 4 of us then taking hours to get another one so plans on going out were always delayed this happened 3 times in the 5 days we stayed. We couldn't get out the front entrance with my sons wheelchair cause someone kept parking over the disabled area so we couldn't use the entrance intended for us which meant we had to go back through reception on steps to get back around to the front. Pool area the AstroTurf is a trip hazard nearly stacked it a few times so I was always looking out for my son while he was on his crutches. Reception staff didn't smile made no effort to really accommodate us, bar staff were great, helpful & friendly. Basically it a dump & really isn't worth it.

I stayed here in September 2023, and although I did enjoy my stay, there were various issues from the start right up until the end. When we arrived, it was nighttime, and all the lights in the walkways were out, so we were trying to find our room in the dark. Then when we got to the room the phone didn't work, and their were ants in our room. To the hotels credit, though, they did give us an alternative room straight away with no qualms. However, in that room, the shower wouldn't stay on the holder for it, and there was a table leg broken, but they were minor issues, so I didn't bother to report. Paid a deposit for a remote, but the TV didn't work. Again, I didn't bother to complain because I would get the deposit back anyway, and I wasn't really there to watch TV, so it was no big deal. However, on the last morning, my air conditioning unit spontaneously combusted and caused a huge fire on my patio with just glass doors between us and the fire. There were no smoke alarms, to alert anyone to the fire, so if I had put that on the nigjt before then fallen asleep like I did every other night, I might not be here writing this now. After notifying reception of the fire, two cleaners came in with a fire extinguisher to put it out. Don't get me wrong, there was no harm done on this particular occasion, but it could have been much worse, and I would not feel safe enough to stay again. The hotel immediately provided us with a new room after the fire until check out, but we did not deem it necessary, although we were grateful for the offer. They also provided us with complimentary food and drinks as a result too which was good of them. The hotel was also advertised as a 4 star, and whilst it might have been once, it is not any longer as it has fallen into disrepair and only has one maintenance man for the whole hotel. There was also no entertainment, games rooms, shuttle buses etc as advertised. WiFi did not work unless in reception, and the hotel is on the outskirts of Albufeira, so you will need Uber or taxis to get around as nothing is within walking distance. Despite all of this, we made the best of it and still had fun. The best parts about this hotel were that despite the disrepair, it was very clean and staff were all very well mannered, friendly and helpful at all times.

Came with a group of 15 others having been moved from a hotel closer as they didn't accept groups. We had a great experience here. All rooms face towards the pool so feels enclosed, has tennis courts and a small 6 a side cage. We went self catering so paid for all our drinks and snacks at the pool bar which to be fair was a great experience. Rooms exactly what we needed , although air con didn't work and toilet was continously flushing but they came and fixed that when asked. Check in slow but got there eventually. Used uber to get in and out of the town. Amazing pool and very chilled experience
