3HB Guarana - All Inclusive

On arrival it would of been nice for our cases to be taken off us but that might be me being picky. The reception lobby spotlessly clean and front desk very welcoming. Rooms basic but adequate large bathroom with bath and shower combined. Main bar to be desired a mini theatre . With queues to be served at the bar. No waiter service.Two a la carte restaurants closed only the buffet restaurant. Breakfast adequate lunch and dinner very poor standard of food . Constantly Cold . Nice touch where you could serve yourself beer and wine through taps . Pool area nice sunbeds plentiful. Would I stay here again probably not unless they addressed those issues

**HONEST & RECENT** Went end of October for 9 nights. Far quieter than high season but exceptional standards non the less. *STAFF - literally cannot do enough for you. In all areas. Entertainment spot on. Daytime and nighttime it is inclusive and varied. Kids LOVED it. And the staff loved the kids. Cleaners worked their back sides off. Rooms, restaurant, general areas. All day every day. Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. *FOOD - coming from someone who likes a wide range of cuisines, you will NOT be disappointed. Ignore any reviews that say the food is boring and not extensive enough. It’s a lie. There is so much fresh and cooked food to choose from. The med and oriental restaurants are nice as a change too. Breakfast is great. And the snack bar is always open for a tummy top up should you wish! *DRINKS - branded spirits, beer and cider. Cocktails were very sweet but there was a wide range. Iced coffee with baileys was definitely a winner with us! The ONLY let down was the coffee machines. Not great and very weak. We took our own kettle and coffee for the mornings. *POOL - plenty of choice of pools and depths. Tiki Splash park is amazing for the kids. Safe and so much fun. Beware though - the water is cold! Cold cold. BUT this didn’t stop anyone from swimming! Given it was right at the end of the season it was still busy! Don’t worry about Sun loungers. There are LOADS! *ROOMS - big enough and nice balcony area. We paid a bit more for a pool view and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely worth the upgrade for the view and the sun on the balcony in the morning. Fridge DOES work if you find the right setting. There ARE plenty of plug points. Loads of clothes space and hanging space. Air con was weak but we didn’t need it. Might be a different story in peak season. Bathroom great. Big enough and plenty of towels. And a ‘butt washer’ as my daughter called it! Very novel ;) *OVERALL - would stay again in a heart beat. Really enjoyed all aspects of the holiday. Went into Albufeira and Vilamoura both via Uber for around £8 each way. Sports bar showed all footy and F1 and rugby. You won’t be disappointed in any way. I assure you :)
