3HB Falésia Garden

I've spent 4 days in that hotel with my wife and 3 kids. There were bed bugs on the 2nd night, so we informed the hotel abt it. They pretended these were not bed bugs knowing that we showed them Bed bugs traces on the sheets, but they still pretended these were not. We also found one bed bug in our bed and took a photo. Still, the management of the hotel refused to accept there were some bed bugs. Finally we came back home, and we had to contact a company specialized on Luggage freezing for 96hours in order to avoid an infection of it in our home. It cost us 455 eur. So we only asked to the hotel for refund of these 455eur, whereas we could have also asked for a partial refund of our holidays. Still the management continued to deny. So now we are sending a lawyer letter in order to get indemnities (clearly more than 455eur). Their management is disastrous if you get any problem (could be bed bugs or any kind of specific demand). Therefore, if you want to take the risk to spend your holidays at this hotel then good luck !! I highly dont recommend this place.

We stayed HB as a family in an apartment. We were in the last block which overlooked a car park and was near deliveries and recycling. We did get sun on our balcony in the evening. Apartment spacious although lacked storage and was very clean. Being far from reception WiFi was intermittent. Pool area lovely and clean and plenty of sunbeds. As others have said lifeguard picks and chooses who can play with a ball or jump in. Restaurant good variety although we found some evening meals were luke warm unfortunately. Great location and direct access to beach. Reception staff helpful, bar staff not so much slow service. Overall we had a great holiday.

Estadia simpática. Hotel cumpre com o que publicita. Staff muito atencioso. Pequeno almoço melhor no restaurante por cima do bar.

On our last day 7 night break. Visiting with my husband, son age 17 and daughter age 14. Staying in a luxury 1 bed apartment. Before we came, my husband made the mistake of looking on Google earth! Please don't do that. The images are old and don't reflect the location. We'd actually considered cancelling, but we're reassured by the travel agent. From the second we arrived, we were impressed by the staff, the clenliness, the location and our room. We stayed half board ( breakfast and evening meal) each day a great range of offerings. At breakfast we were spoilt with a full cooked breakfast offering, fruits, cereals, pastries, breads cheese and cold meats. Every evening the dining options were different. Great variety, lovely staff serving drinks and clearing up. The pool was great, and sun loungers for everyone. The pool bar was nice, serving drinks, ice creams and light bites. The Falasia bar in the evening was very chilled , each evening a different entertainer. Singer or musician. Most families sat having a drink and playing cards, while absorbing the atmosphere. Just a 10 minute taxi drive into old town. Nice for a browse. Would certainly return.

Passei 4 noites absolutamente espetaculares no 3HB Falésia Garden! Desde a chegada até ao momento da saída, senti-me sempre muito bem recebido. O staff é incrivelmente simpático e atencioso, sempre pronto a ajudar com um sorriso genuíno, o que faz toda a diferença. Até um creme bepantene para uma queimadura me arranjaram. O pequeno-almoço é variado e bem apresentado. A piscina é incrível e apesar de (bastante) concorrida, transmite-nos a real sensação de férias. A vista do meu quarto (no último piso) era de cortar a respiração, num misto entre falésia, montanha, piscina e mar. Também aproveitei o ginásio, que está bem equipado e em excelentes condições, ideal para manter a rotina de treino mesmo durante as férias. Foi uma estadia memorável e sem dúvida recomendo a quem procura descanso, conforto e um serviço de excelência. Vou certamente voltar! E é já em 2026!!!!
