Hotel Gergana - Ultra All Inclusive

The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice.

Ich war im August in diesem Hotel. Der Strand war herrlich schön, breit und mit ausreichend Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Das Wasser im Meer war sauber und warm, das Essen im Hotel reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ich bewerte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als sehr gut (viel besser als in der Türkei). Ich würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn manche "Kleinigkeiten" verbessert werden: -An den Tagen, an denen teurere Spezialgerichte serviert wurden, z.B. Ente, reichte es nicht für die Gäste, die zu spät zum Essen kamen. Es scheint, dass das Hotel geizig war oder die Mitarbeiter selbst diese Speisen essen wollten. Fleisch- und Fischgerichte waren ungewürzt und deswegen unappetitlich. -Jeden Tag gab es große Fliegen auf dem Kuchen, und marinierter Fisch und Meeresfrüchte wurden stundenlang bei hohen Temperaturen aufbewahrt, ohne mit Eis gekühlt zu werden. -Das Leitungswasser stank wie Schwefel. -Ich und viele andere Gäste hatten Ausschlag an den Beinen, wahrscheinlich von bestimmten Früchten wie Melone. -Es gab keine Nichtraucherzonen, besonders auffällig am Strand (unangenehm nicht nur der Zigarettenqualm, sondern auch die Kippen im Sand). -Das Hotel sollte die Qualität des Meeres- und Poolwassers regelmäßig überprüfen lassen, damit die Gäste keine Angst vor bakteriellen Infektionen (E. coli) haben müssen.

Not long returned from spending a wonderful relaxing week at this hotel. The food was really tasty, varied all-inclusive, and the rooms were a good size and really clean. The hotel is in a really good setting next to a wooded nature reserve and right on the beach, although we spent most of our time lounging by the pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we're more than happy to recommend this hotel and plan to return again.

Really nice experience here at this hotel. All the staff were lovely, the rooms were basic but clean, the all-inclusive restaurant was superb, and the beach and pool areas were great. I would definitely recommend this place and certainly intend to go back again one day.

This is our second time here and can’t wait to back next year. The staff go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much bother. Last year was our honeymoon and our room was decorated and we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is in an amazing location and has something for everyone of all ages. Cannot fault the reception team, look forward to next year!

Worst experience ever!! Very old hotel... the hallways smells like sewer, the room was dirty en smelled. coulnd shower it smelled and was dirty. They had bedbugs in one part of the hotel... waterlice in their pool, and the worst part.. The buffet was always the same everyday ... we and a total of 6 people (that we know of) 2 of then friends of ours had foodpoisening/salmonella... i only ate 2 little bites of chicken was sick 3 days where we dindt go out of our room... that was on the 4th day that was the limit forme so went to the manager, took him to our room... told him we were going to another hotel he decided to upgrade us to the 5th floor the ultra all inclusive vip room for the remaining 3 days... i will add photos later
