Also w-lan im hotel Bereich kostet täglich 2 Euro pro Person strand gegenüber von der Straße musst wieder für liegen extra bezahlen pro liege2 Euro nur steine dreckiges Wasser war 1 mal dort nie wieder ,zimmer mussten wir wechseln wegen dem Geruch von kanalizationen die Frauen an der Rezeption arbeiten voll unhöflich und arrogant essen präpariert wenn um gleich und Wassermelone geht Getränke nur Glas weiße bekommst du nur service Mitarbeiter waren top,Pool sehr klein immer besetzt keine Animation am abend es gibt super klasse hotels für den preis sonst schade ums Geld der hamam was nicht zum hotel gehört war 10 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Брали в этой гостинице большой номер для всей семьи. В целом остались довольны. Расположение гостиницы отличное, первая линия. Персонал приветливый. Могло быть чуть почище в номере , но это в целом придирки. Из явных минусов - слабый вай фай( номер был на последнем этаже во втором корпусе).

AVOID……On arrival the hotel looked ok. Average. The receptionist instantly told us as we had booked a standard room she could offer us a sea view room with a balcony for an extra £150. She didn’t show us the standard room but we were excited and loved the view and space the upgrade gave us. Breakfast. Well this is the downfall. Hot cooked minced beef with pouched eggs on top. Cold chips soup or salad for BREAKFAST. The bread what had and the toaster burnt it every time. One selection of cereal which I would rate at lower than ALDIs cheap cornflakes. Milk was left out but was warm. Lunch greasy chick in some kind of sauce. Cold chips. Stuffed peppers but the rice inside wasn’t cooked. The selection again was soup or salad. Or small tasteless desserts. Evening meal minced beef again, burnt greasy potatoes, tasteless soup or salad. Day two we looked but literally couldn’t face what was on offer again. If you have children avoid like the plague because there is nothing there that they would eat. Grown adults couldn’t even eat it. The seating area is small and if your not up early you won’t have anywhere to sit to eat. The staff are not friendly and don’t talk to you. We spent more money on this week away having to eat out. The all inclusive drinks are very limited and a glass of beer comes with a flake as the head is always that big. Bar closed at 10pm. Pool is so small you can barely swim in it. Very limited loungers which are always taken up with towels at 8am. The room we upgraded to was lovely because of the view but the shower was moldy, the wood on the sink and door from was worn away. Never would I stay here again. I absolutely would not recommend this cheap and unfriendly hotel.

Food horrible what wasn't eaten at breakfast recycled for lunch and so on worst thing mince and potatoes for dinner recycled mince in some form of breakfast..new building blocks out sun to pool which is small with a total of 22 sunbeds for 60 apartments so if you are lucky enough to get one between 8 and 12.30 when the sun is there,,,,location is right across the road from the beach which is a dual carriage way at 40mph drivers do not respect any of the pedestrian crossing,,,Internet is free in the reception have to pay if you want it in the room sometimes that doesn't work ...hotel is not all inclusive as advertised limited drink selection, no snacks or even ice cream between meals ...staff not very talkative only time receptionist spoke to us was to try and sell us a massage..Would only recommend this hotel as a base because at least the my room was clean

I’ll break this down into sections: An honest young british couple review. Location * * * * *, right on the beach, plenty of markets and bars around the area. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside, new coffee shop similar to Starbucks right next door which is great. Food and drink * *, Only one meal choice per dining time, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s awful, if you’re a picky eater or have young kids, I wouldn’t recommend. Plenty of salad though! Not much choice of alcohol on the all inclusive, Efes beer, wine and vodka. The sodas are from a bottle so sometimes it’s flat and sometimes it’s not depends on when the bottle was opened. We ate out most the time as food was mostly catered for the Eastern European guests which is fair enough. Cleanliness * * * * *, seemed perfectly clean to us, bedding and towel change every 3 days, room clean offered everyday. Cleaners were lovely and everything remained safe in the room so no stress about security and safety of items. Pool and bar areas constantly getting cleaned so no faults at all. Staff * * * * * (and extra * for Sasha) All staff were very warm and welcoming, any issues you have they would help you with and show genuine interest and support. One staff stood out to us the most which was Sasha, she made our holiday so much better by chatting with us and giving us fun ideas to do, after the 4th day, we were invited to a birthday meal and karaoke with her and her friends which really showed her caring and generous nature, she’s a great asset to the team and our view of the hotel was massively improved my her kindness. Overall- It’s a okay hotel. If you’re looking for a massive variety then I wouldn’t recommend, if you’re looking more for a good location with the option of a few drinks in the hotel then doing your own thing then it’s decent. We hoped for more variety but you get what you pay for. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve been in, but it’s also certainly not the best. Good for a cheap getaway, but would definitely not recommend if you have kids or are looking for a hotel with a “stand out” vibe. Ekonomik şartların ağır olduğu bu zamanda ucuz otel arama zorunluluguyla Alanya'daki bu oteli buldum. Yorumlara bakarak çok tereddütle geldik. Ancak, otel konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Odaları temiz. Her gün bakılıyor. Ancak, ekonomik oda diye pazarlanan odalarin büyüklük açısından diğerlerinden farkı yok. Fakat balkonları yok. Yikadiginiz çamaşırı, plaj havlunuzu asacak yer bulamıyorsunuz. Pencereden sarkitma yoluna gidiyorsunuz. Yemekhane temiz, yemekler de fena değil. Personel de canla başla çalışıp misafirlerin taleplerini yerine getirmeye çalışıyor. Otelin en büyük tez avantajı havuzun küçük olması. Deniz yakın olduğu için de havuz problemi de giderilmiş oluyor. Çok sıcak havalarda Alanya bölgesinde tatil biraz sıkıntı olabiliyor. Sıcak havalarda dışarda dolaşmak çok zor. Odalarda klima var. Çalışınca oda içi sıcaklığı düzeliyor. Ana klimaya alerjiniz ve soğuk algınlığı zaafiyetiniz varsa sorun olabiliyor. Animasyon konusu pek düşünülmemiş. Bunun dışında orta gelir grubundakilerin tereddüt etmeden gelebileceği bir otel. İyi tatiller.
