I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

Otelde kalan ilk misafilerdendik. Harika bir oda. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Herkes çok ilgiliydi çok tatlılardı. Teşekkür ederiz

На мой взгляд, отличный отель за свои деньги. Номер просторный и на удивление тихий. На удивление потому, что на первом этаже находится достаточно шумный паб.

Great chilled venue. Great customer service. This place has all the facilities I needed without the hassle. Staff are lovely and friendly. I loved the fact that this place is lovely and chilled…just right for a November getaway. I imagine summer must be crazy. On half board package the evening menu was a bit limited, I would have preferred more Turkish mezze style food on offer. Other than that I would love to come back maybe when weather is a bit more promising! Good for walks to the castle is recommended, the views at the top are spectacular. Cable car also available.

Здравствуйте!Были в этом отеле с 1 по 10 ноября. Мы в это отеле второй раз в прошлом году были тоже осенью и анимации уже не было. В этом же году приятно удивила анимация. Всё было отлично. Завтраки и ужин самые вкусные настоящий клуб поваров. Кому то десерты казались однообразные,не правда,очень вкусные десерты особенно с бананом внутри. Расположение отеля удобное.Но самое главное активности. Надежда это неиссякаемый источник оптимизма!Утренняя разминка,йога на закате. Велосипедные прогулки. Полный восторг!Уважаемое руководство отеля обязательно развивайте направление активностей. Купите оборудование для занятий на воде sup board это будет круто. В отеле есть тренажёрный зал. Надежда это профессионал своего дела и хороший отзывчивый Человек Своеобразная визитная карточка отеля. Только из-за неё стоит вернуться!

Мне хватило времени с 1 ноября по 10 ноября, реально получилось отдохнуть!Каждому свое, но я получила ВСЁ за чем ехала: загар легкий, солнце не злое в этот период, море прохладное +24,но мы купались каждый день, расположение отеля отличное, гуляли много, все рядом красивое, матрасы комфортные - высыпались. Причем я засыпала даже под дискотеку соседнего отеля, удивительно для меня. Ритм Алании неторопливый и было чувство безопасности и дружелюбия, сыну 15 лет - отпускала гулять одного без переживаний. В отеле кормили вкусно и разнообразно, отсутствие малышей - огромный плюс - ни детского плача, ни взрослых окриков, ни суеты в ресторанах. Про качество алкоголя не скажу, три раза брала вино розовое - очень приличное. Контингент - в основном пожилые европейцы , русских мало, но все приятные - порадовали интеллигентным поведением . Персонал ненавязчив, уборка на 3 с плюсом, но и так норм. Брала номер сьют №342 спальня плюс гостиная, вид на море частичный, первая линия. ТВ каналов на русском нет, но нам и не надо было.

Having unfortunately read some of the less praisworthly reviews before embarking I wondered what to expect. I'll have to stop doing that? As you'll see the majority of the TripAdvisor reviews are very favourable, and for good reason, it's a great place to stay. I was looking for an holiday just chilling, sunbathing and perhaps some dancing, I'm not one for doing the touristy things trips etc, they're overpriced and it's too hot inland. But a couple I met did like getting around and did the harbour, cable car trip which they said was reasonably priced at about 14Euro for a couple return, and they said the restaurant at the top was good. They hired a scooter and headed for the hills, getting out of town. It's a nice morning/evening stroll, turning right as you hit the street, coming from the beach side, and turning onto the beach until you come back to the main road and the cable car station, passing the lovely garden, fountain area with the great swing seats and the fountains look spectacular at night when lit up. Arrived at the hotel after 10pm, when the restaurant Cantina officially closed but this didn't make any difference to okam who provided a full meal, with a smile. And that's how I found him all week, breezing a long with a read smile/laugh always helpful, the sort of guy that makes a restaurant tick, and you wonder how they'd manage without him. Throughout the week I enjoyed th e variety & quality of food. It was buffet style for the first half of the week & suddenly changed to a set menu for the other half, but I enjoyed both, maybe winding down for the season, but there wasn't many staying for the set menu when I was there. The British people that booked in the hotel at the same time as me opted for just bed & breakfast, the cheaper option, as they thought the other options expensive & they found plenty of good restaurants close bye, but I like the conveince of hotel restaurant meals. Plenty of choices for breakfast, usual what you'd expect, & it was lovely sat outside alongside the main pool, which is a none smoking area unlike Cantina itself. Spent most of the days sunbathing at the beach, beach towels are free, and there's no charge for the sunbeds. A quick mention for Irem on reception who does a Stirling job and privided me with a coffee while I wanted for my transfer home

Hi all Be aware the website states all inclusive but it’s not. So we asked how much and the guy said $390 euros for dinner and lunch for two nights rip off . Apparently free parking onsite BUT you need to find free street parking yourself. Very hard to find reception and if you look like a local they have no time for you Thanks but never again

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, it was so clean, the food was wonderful, cocktails in the all inclusive were yummy. The staff were very accommodating even with the language barrier. Shout out to Iren onthe front desk xx The room was more than adequate, shower was great. I absolutely loved being able to walk outside of the hotel directly onto the beach and having sunbed drinks service 😀

Cook's club Alanya was an amazing getaway for us. This hotel is amazing, the grounds, the location, the staff, the service, the food and rooms! The service and welcome you receive from all staff members (special thanks to Erman, Selman, Mertcan, DJ Suat, Hüseyin, the staff on the beach...) is great. Everyone is lovely and very accommodating. We loved the daily events and in particular the Turkish night. If we would come back to Alanya we would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you for a wonderful stay ♥️ Nina, Bo and Marieke

A great hotel. The decor is little quirky but that all added to the experience. The head receptionist is brilliant. She could not have been more helpful. So a special mention for her. The other staff were very friendly and helpful too. There was a very good choice of food at the buffet with a themed menu change every night. The pool and poolside bar and restaurant are first class. It is also on the beach for those of us who like to feel the sand between the toes At night there is usually a band in the Irish Pub that is part of the hotel as well as entertainment at the poolside bar area. I think this is the best area to stay in at Alanya as is close, but not too close to the Castle, cable car, harbour and bazaar. This was my second stay and I will be going back next year Finally, fabulous sunsets

We spent six days at the Cook's. It's easy to say it was one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The hotel staff are so welcoming, smiling and caring. We didn't need to organize anything ; we were pampered! When we needed informations, we were easily pointed in the right direction. We particularly enjoyed getting to know some of the hotel staff (Erman, Osman, Mert, Selman - the man of the sun and Aslan). We thank them so much for their warm welcome, kindness and professionalism. Without them, our week would not have been the same! We even learned some Turkish words, thanks to them! The hotel is clean and well-kept! We were struck by the beauty of the surroundings and the atmosphere of the hotel. We felt wonderfully relaxed here. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained! We enjoyed several of the entertainment options offered by the team and were completely satisfied! The seafront is magnificent and the sunsets are breathtaking. The Cook’s club is well located in the city and there’s a lot of sightseeing to do in Alanya. We highly recommend this establishment, for which we fell in love! Teşekkür ederim !!!
