Отдыхали семьей в мае. Ходили с ребенком на массаж и хамам , восторге. На массаж ходили к Хамзе , он профессионал своего дела очень довольны , проработал все тело . Доча тоже довольна от раслабляющего массажа Оксаны и лечебного массажа Хамзы . Вы лучшие !

Я и моя подруга впервые приехали на отдых в отель Клеопатра Ада. Встретили нас хорошо, все объяснили и провели в номер, номер понравился. В отеле мы познакомились со всеми услугами. И по рекомендации администратора Спа центра мы сделали пробный массаж. т. к у меня (Татьяна ) была очень сильная и продолжительная боль плечевого сустава, которая не подлавалась никакому лечению. После трех сеансов массажа-О Чудо!, боль стремительно стала уходить!Как замечательно жить без боли! Поэтому я очень благодарна массажисту за его профессионализм и внимание! У подруги Ларисы тоже были проблемы со здоровьем, очень часто немеют конечности рук, по рекомендации массажиста был назначен лечебный массаж у массажиста Леры. После проделанного курса массажей онемение стало заметно реже. Лера очень внимательная и вежливая. Мы благодарим коллектив Спа центра за отличное обслуживание и желе Вам здоровье, счастья и хороших успехов в работе и личной жизни!

Самые лучшие в мире массажи Золотые ручки у Олечки и Хамзы. Хамам отличный. Питание замечательно. В номерах чисто. Работает кондиционер Бар работает Напитки есть

Нам все понравилось. На отдыхе мы не ищем минусов. Все, что обещал туроператор, все было. Посетили турецкую баню в отеле, понравился массажист Ресул, качественный массаж и приятный человек. Спа центр маленький, но чистенький, всем советую!!!

Начну с того что в Турции ни разу не были и сравнивать не с чем,могу сравнить только с 4* Египта- все гораздо круче Всегда выбираем недорогие отели ,но на более продолжительный срок.Муж подобрал отель,оплатили и потом я в свободное время полезла читать отзывы.Было много негатива и мы готовились к худшему.Но!! Были приятно удивлены Обо всем по порядку .Приехали ночью,наш рейс сильно задержали,заселили нас за 5 минут.Номер с видом на бассейн,горы и море.Чистенько убран,сантехника ,зеркала- все начищено.Шампуни ,мыло,гели в наличии,полотенца беленькие, кондиционер работает,на телевизоре нет русских каналов.Балкон небольшой,есть небольшая сушилка для одежды,стулья.В первый же день хотели убрать,но мы отказались.На третий день сменили постельное и полотенца,убирают сразу когда мы убираем табличку не беспокоить.На ресепшене улыбчивые ребята,шутят.В ресторане все чистенько,ребята быстренько убирают столы,пол чистый,посуда тоже чистая.Ребята постоянно что то убирают,вытирают столы ,убирают вокруг лежаков,вообщем трудятся отменно.Кормят прекрасно,голодными точно не останетесь,даже завтраки неплохие.По крайней мере мы не придирчивые туристы и за оплаченные деньги не ждём пяти видов мяса и т.д.Есть соки,кофе автомат,на баре вкусное пиво(другие алкогольные напитки я не пробовала) .Пляж рядом.Вайфай в отеле платный,мы пользуемся мобильным роумингом.Мы посетили хамам где работают прекрасные и очень обаятельные специалисты по массажу,очень рекомендую посетить. Рядом супермаркет Мигрос. Вообщем не наблюдали мы того ужаса о котором пишут в негативных отзывах,это отличный отель кто хочет отдохнуть за небольшие деньги.Возможно вернусь сюда когда нибудь))

Отдыхали с подругой в июне. Слуяайно прпали в спа салон и были очень давольны! Отличные массажисты, всем советуем сходить к ним: Ольга, Хамза и Ресул. Желаю им здоровья и процветания.

Hallo, ich war mit meiner Schwester dort uns hat es sehr gefallen, essen war super, 3 Minuten bis zum Strand und natürlich sehr sonnig ☀️ Supermarkt war auch 3 Minuten entfernt 👍 Besonders hat uns SPA gefallen, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und die Türkische Bad mit Massage war einfach Perfekt 👌 Gerne wieder

Конечно первые впечатления были не очень хорошие. Номера не убираются, пока не подойдёшь на ресепшен и не скажешь об этом. Кормят хорошо. Отделбное спасибо массажисту .Массажем очень довольна! После массажа сразу почувствовала ощущение легкости, прилив энергии и хорошего настроения, ощущение напряженности исчезло. Приятный и вежливый мастер, а главное профессионал своего дела.

In one word: atrocious, a disaster. On arrival the street of the hotel and the hotel itself was like a ghost town, the rooms looked like they were last updated in the 80’s, and last cleaned in the 70’s, nothing like the advertisement. We were met with a receptionist who spoke no more than 5 words and dragged us around the hotel to find a suitable room for our family. One of the biggest turn offs from the moment we walked in was the terrible smell from the bathroom which over time would spread throughout the whole room, we would come back from a day out to the horrible smell of dirty gutters and undisposed feces. All inclusive? Each meal lasted around 2 hours 3x a day where around 2 meal choices where provided, some of which were leftovers from the day before, with one our children eating pieces of bread with butter (if there was any there) for 7 days straight. Unlike other hotels our family has been to, there were people who literally lived in the hotels and would come down in clothes which looked like had been lived in for weeks, wouldn’t line up like some of us were trying too and would push in line, shove children around and shatter dishes, without a care to even report the incident so it could be resolved. Drinks outside were offered at a certain time where dishes were dirty and we were only allowed a limited amount. When the bar was closed, so was the water and juice dispenser. For the room, the stink which filled the room made staying in the room a mission itself, the curtains wouldn’t cover the whole window meaning at night people could see straight in with no privacy, the TV which was nothing like the photos provided did in fact, not work, and the AC would turn itself off when it felt like it, our family of 6 was put in a room made for 5 people, and when we asked for another pillow and about the curtains the receptionist rolled his eyes and went on his way. Internet was offered but at a price of 3 euros per day which worked only in the hotel itself, the cleaners stated that they would clean the floor once every two days, and the bed sheets every 3 days. Did this happen? No, within our week stay a cleaner came twice to empty the bin in the bathroom which was the only bin in 2 rooms, to give us one roll of toilet paper which was to be shared across 6 people, and to wipe the floor near the door. The bathroom wall was so thin we could hear a water drop from the room next door. Our family had travelled all over Turkey over the past few years and have never come across such a disaster of a hotel. This hotel is nothing like a 4 star that Iv been to before, more like a 1-2 star. Family friendly? Absolutely not! Never again.

Absolutely brilliant experience, one of the best holidays I have ever had. I go away about 4 times a year and this holiday was one of the best. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The Turkish bath and the massage parlour were absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be going back. Thanks everyone 👍.

The bathroom, the toilet roll holder was extremely dirty and was barely mounted on the wall where it had been yanked with some force. The mirror, sill to keep your toiletries, sink tap, toilet and hair dryer were extremely dirty & looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The tv didn’t work after several attempts. The bedside plug was broken and I was given an electric shock as a result. As promised on the website amongst other things, free WiFi was a service they provided. However, you had to pay depending on how many days you wanted it. The staff were rude, abrupt, unwelcoming, made us feel uncomfortable. The food selection was dire, only drinks available were cheap vodka, gin, wine, beer and soft drinks in small cups, no cocktails, no pint, wine or shot glasses. The onsite gym was horrifying. Barbell slipped either side with no clips for plates weights, cabling system was non existent or snapped, bike didn’t work, dumbbells had no racks & left on the floor. This hotel is far from a 4 star hotel and needs to be realistically rated. Do not believe all the pictures & services they have posted as they are lying through their teeth. Avoid at all costs!

This hotel is definetly not 4 stars, i would give it 1 if i could . Rooms are dirty, furniture is old. You have to pay for wifi. No cocktails, only cheap drinks, and the bar works till 10pm. If you want a “cocktail” you need to pay 3 euro for vodka and some fanta. The food is not that bad if you are not picky, but you can only eat for 2 hours. Some staff are rude but other are nice. This hotel is only for russian speakers, because only a few people speak english. Not only its very dirty and musty, but if you want basic things like wifi or room safe you need to pay extra money, where is the all inclusive part? I do not recommend and i will never come back. You can find so much better for the same price.
