Прекрасный очень компактный городской отель с лояльным персоналом. Проживание, питание, обслуживание- все отлично. Расположен в 1км. от центральной точки города. Пляж Клеопатры в 200 метров. Не понравился очень маленький номер. Даже для двоих, да еще стояла дополнительная кровать, гардероб очень маленький, матрасы не очень хорошие.

Just got back from 10 nights at this hotel,been to Turkey many many times but not to this resort.It seemed like a good deal when we booked it last year,but we got what we paid for. We checked in and requested a safety deposit,we couldn't lock it so reported it to reception,a member of staff came to see if he could solve the problem but he couldn't he told us we would have to wait till the next day for the maintenance to come.He came the next day,put our valuables in but the same thing happened again,so back to reception to report it,told us we would have to wait for the maintenance man to come again..finally after 2 days it was sorted,the man on reception told us we wouldn't be charged for the 2 days that we couldn't use the safe.When we checked out they tried to bill us the full amount,when I told the woman on reception we were owed 2 days she said there was no record of the safe being broken and that I should have reported it..obviously if the maintenance man had been to it I had reported it,she said it was to late to ammend the payment because we were checking out, anyway finally she refunded the 2 days. The hotel is nice and clean but I don't think they cater for the"British"clientele,there wasn't many Brits there,mainly Turkish,Russians,Polish,Germans.We thought the food was terrible..who has soup and chips for breakfast?I know we were in Turkey but they need to cater for every nationality that stay there. The staff were lovely,especially Talas the barman,he really looked after us,always made sure we had our drinks topped up,very polite and chatty and always with a smile. We met some nice people who we will keep in touch with..would we return to this hotel...no definitely not.

lovely clean hotel staff are so friendly and helpful was my daughters birthday and kader even sorted her birthday cake out was lovely thank you so much kader for all ur help and support with everything

En yakın arkadaşım ile birlikte bu otelde geçirdiğimiz birkaç gün gerçekten unutulmazdı! Otelin konumu mükemmeldi; denize yürüme mesafesinde ve çevresinde keşfedilecek birçok güzel yer vardı. Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu, her gün titizlikle temizlendi. Personel inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi bizimle çok ilgilendi ve bölgeyle ilgili harika öneriler verdi. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi ve çeşit oldukça fazlaydı, her damak zevkine uygun bir şeyler bulmak mümkün. Havuz başında saatlerce keyif yaptık, spa hizmetleri de oldukça kaliteli ve dinlendiriciydi. Kız kıza hem dinlendiğimiz hem de eğlendiğimiz bu tatilden çok memnun kaldık. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz, biz tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz! 💕✨

Deniz manzaralı odalar çok güzel, restoran 6.kat da ve manzaralı, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili, konumu meşhur Kleopatra plajı kenarında. Şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Kısacası merkezde güzel bir otel arayanlar için uygun bir otel.
