При бронировании нет информации о том, что интернет и каждый кондиционер платный. Тоесть в номере их два значит каждый платный. Номер был чистый. Пытались починить кондиционер но это не произошло. Так как он просто не желал работать. Служба поддержки на 1000% помогает своим клиентам. Разрешила мой вопрос без каких либо проволочек.

Хорошее расположение, плохой внутри. С холодильником были проблемы. Была живность наподобие пауков / тараканов (правда, уже дохлых)

+ Spacious room; clean; close to beach, pool-ok; Big Migros nearby; - Far from the center, noisy main road nearby; not the best part of Cleopatra to swim due to huge stones; Wi-fi, a/c costs extra. Hosts are really weird (there is an electric kettle in the room and at some point it just refused to work, I requested to change it, but was told to pay… refused and boiled the water in a pot on a rusty electric ring)

Die Bilder stimmen allesamt nicht! Es ist kein Hotel sondern nur ein Appart. Haus ohne Service - also auch ohne Reinigung, Rezeption und ohne Handtuchwechsel. Es findet kein normaler Hotelbetrieb statt. Also zum Übernachten gut, aber mehr NICHT.

Низкая цена на тур в этот отель перекрывает все недостатки . Номера большие , можно семьей 5 человек ехать в одни апарты. Мебель старенькая и уставшая, полотенца чистые но протерты до ужаса , некоторые с дырками ) кастрюля и сковородка были очень грязные , мы не захотели драить и купили новые за 2 тыс руб на наши деньги ( кастрюля, дуршлаг и сковородка) по отъезду забрали домой . Кондиционер платный -6 долларов в сутки в августе 2024 года , старела мы но охлаждаем отлично , очень мощный ! Интернет платный , мы не брали , пользовались тем, что на пляже . Пляжи рядом с отелем номера с 1 по 5 не рекомендую , очень травмоопасный вход , идите к пляжу 6 и далее . Бассейн хороший Лифт в отеле хороший. Большой Супермаркет рядом в 2 минутах от отеля. В целом неплохие апартаменты для непритязательных туристов , так как мебель старенькая и грязновато

Cleaning is very poor found rubbish on tops of cupboards and under units nothing like in pictures on gallery there is no pool bar no umbrellas around the pool you have to pay extra for air conditioning and WiFi no TV reception bit tired and run down everything looks a bit tatty

To people who want booked this hotel please don't trust on pictured this hotel its really disappointed the owner it's interesting do only business for him nothing care for customers plese avoid this hotel you will be really disappointed on this hotel we spend 10 days and hotel its not standard for3 star well only positive was swiming pool the rest realy disappointed very dirty hotel only lady from reception was realy nice and lady from housekeeping she work for experience was amazing and night security guy was amazing the rest of people no empathy for quest well resly disappointed experience with this hotel never again on this hotel

Hotel is very bang average. Rooms are very spacious although major downfall is there is 1 air conditioning for the room (this can only be on when the key is in the room) and this you need to pay 5euros per day to use it. They rooms are cleaned every 3 days and it’s a fight to revive toilet roll from reception. Another down fall is there is no WiFi inc even though on the booking it says “free WiFi” it also comes at a cost. Need to pay more if you want to use the WiFi in your room as it doesn’t stretch from reception. No bar or entertainment in hotel. 1 key per room and if you loose it comes with a cost you won’t get given more than 1. Hotel staff don’t speak English(this isn’t a problem) just make sure to have google translate on board with you…

This is most unfriendly dirty hotel i have ever stayed in, the staff are never available the apartments are mouldy and dirty!! The read up states an a la carte menu what a joke!!! No choice basically get what your given or go without!! It also states entertainment nothing on the whole time we was there,not even a bar The pool area was filthy there was even much coming out if the vents in the pool!! So overall very disappointed wrecked our hoilday would never go back

Hotel is located perfectly just 2 minutes by the beach. We had a room on the 5th floor with a pool view. It was very quiet. There are shops and restaurants just around the hotel. The hotel is not the best but perfect for its price. We can highly recommend it.

I didn't expect the Ritz. Room was ok, our bed was made of two singles pushed together, but they could have tried to make them the same height! Lads were on sofa beds which were ok. The poolside was the main problem. There was supposed to be a cafe there. It was there, with a woman running it who had no menus, no food, no cold drinks but she could make instant coffee and play on her phone. The whole place sees to be run by the most lazy people I have come across. At least the cleaner was proactive and asked when we wanted her to call in. The rest of the staff just hide themselves away to play on their phones. It was cheap, but should have been far cheaper for what we got.
