Sunshine Hotel

Maten var under enhver kritikk og det samme var rutinene rundt hvordan man håndterte maten. En i reisefølge ble såpass dårlig av maten at det førte til sykehusinnleggelse og derpå kraftig amputert ferie. Opplegg rundt underholding var også dårlig og det ble stort sett kun snakket tyrkisk eller russsisk på hotellet. Det var en person på hotellet som snakket godt engelsk, og det var han som styrte kiosken. Han gjorde sitt aller beste for at gjestene skulle ha et godt opphold og utførte en strålende jobb. Det var han som hjalp oss når en i reisefølge måtte på sykehus. Flott Basseng selv om det var noe slitt, og den private stranden var også hyggelig. Men alt i alt er det stryk karakter på dette hotellet. Føler at vi ikke var fått det vi har betalt for

We booked for 10 nights we made the worst decision ever. We instantly left within 24hours of arrival the it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! It’s about 4 hours away from the airport. Don’t do it to yourself you won’t enjoy your holiday ! Everyone you see there are sad.

This hotel from hell is what comes to mind when I think about sunshine. 4 star defo not, more like 1 star. First night I arrived I found my hotel door to have 3 holes that had been filled but not painted to then find bed bugs, went to the rude none specking english reception who didn't care or help after showing photos so I spent my first night sleeping in a chair. Changed rooms to found trash left behind, beds not changed to no air-con. The food omg I wouldn't feed to anyone! Same food mornign /afternoon and evening. No snacks provided throughout the day. Gave me sickness and diarrhea! No games room / no gym and WiFi NOT FREE 2 euros a day and yes they will cut you off! Nothing clean about this hotel. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. Avoid like the plague.

Turkey is a destination that I have travelled to on many occasions, and have always had a wonderful experience in. Unfortunately, this trip was a totally different experience and a disappointing stay. The three things I look for and count on are hospitality, food and cleanliness. This hotel fell short massively on every category. We had to have our room changed because our first room was so dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Our second room was not a great deal better. You have to pay for WIFI 2euro per phone per day. THEY WILL PROBABLY CUT IT OFF and try and charge you more. The service from staff was abysmal. Reception staff were unwilling to help. One man in particular who worked nights on reception called ERHAN wouldn't even allow you to speak. This is definitely NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL. The food was awful and it was the same food every day. I saw couples arrive and leave the same day as they refused to stay at this hotel. Overall, I wouldn't rate this higher than a ONE STAR.

The only thing accurate is the name sunshine as we had 4 days of glorious weather..Arrived at 3am the hotel was in complete darkness no low lighting in corridors the room was horrific we found leftover food in the fridge from previous guests and someone’s belonging my friends room hadn’t been cleaned clumps of tissue in the double bed..the showers smell like sewage and the decor is dated like something from a European horror film no fresh towels just one to last 4 days and I’m convinced they didn’t use any products to clean as everything was covered in finger marks or handprints toilets were stained and you have to hold the shower head whilst showering then the food well what can I say breakfast consists of leftovers from the night before cold breaded onion ring and rice in milk instead of porridge no dressings for the salads which are limited and also no descriptions to let you know what your actually being served if it’s a stew what meat etc all inclusive drinks are local beers warm white wine vinegar vodka that strips the throat and gin the staff are rude to the British as a woman I’ve never been so disrespected by a manager whilst helping a girl who was obliterated he was acting like I’d poured the vodka down her throat the hotel doors have holes in them that have been sanded and filled and if your British expect to go to the top floor out of the way of others Plus side was the pool area but again no toilets close to the pool or the entertainment area love holidays seriously need to stop selling this hotel on their website I’ve genuinely never stayed somewhere as bad as this they have a lot of work to do to get a 2 star rating it’s atrocious here

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Absolute worst hotel iv ever been to in my life!!! From the rank carpet everywhere, the disgusting so called food to the rude unprofessional staff to the pervy manager this place should be shut down and Love Holidays should not even be advertising this hotel. Totally unsafe for solo females slept with a chair behind my door for 7nights!!!! Ate one meal and decided to spend every day with the lovely owner and his wife up the Road at LAZY BEACH!!! That's where I felt safe. Wish I could get my all inclusive money back. Was a total let down for my Birthday. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Where do I start the whole hotel is very bad starting from the entrance for someone with limited mobility was a nightmare the ramps so steep my partner had to carry my walking frame up the steps for me while I hung on to the railing to climb up there was no cleaning of our rooms no clean towels or water brought to our rooms was told at reception to find a bottle and fill it up yourself we had to find the cleaners trolly and take some towels for our room the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and water was dripping out of it it took 6 times of asking over 2 days to finally get it fixed there was a kettle in the room no cups or tea bags or milk just a kettle and you couldn’t take your cup up from downstairs.the food was a lot of over cooked vegetables I think that’s what it was the bread roll were stale table cloths were dirty not changed at all a glass got knocked over in the outside dining area lunch time it was still there at 11 o’clock at night coffee was dropped in the reception area wasn’t cleaned up for hours our last day there there was no milk in the coffee machine in the morning and at 12 o’clock in the evening there was still no milk so we couldn’t have a drink of coffee before our 3 hour transfer to the airport the drinks in the bar was only vodka or beer served in small wine glass.the snacks finished at 11 o’clock it was only popcorn or a spiral potato fried and the were not free you had to pay for it and in an all exclusive hotel in my opinion was disgusting.the beach bar we walked past it thinking it was the dumping place for old tables and beer crates it wasn’t until we were at a bar and the barman said he will have to charge us for what we had as our hotel bar was next door the place we thought was the dump we stayed where we were and paid for our drinks and snacks our main meals and breakfast we went to a restaurant call sunny nothing to do with the hotel just a 5 minute walk the food was amazing as were the staff they were very polite friendly.and very helpful they helped me up the step every time we went in and put my walker in a safe place our last evening we went in and they had done the table really nice with a heart in the middle of the table and flower petals all over it if you haven’t booked your holiday yet please don’t book this hotel the staff are very rude ,lazy and unhelpful which is a shame as the hotel it’s self could be really nice hotel with the right management in place the view from our balcony was nice there is a tunnel with about a 10 minute walk to get to the beach so no roads to cross the area the hotel is in is very nice only 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops all the people we met were lovely very friendly we were fortunate enough to be able to go out of the hotel for our meals and a drink but if you are on a budget and with children it might not be possible for you and if you were expecting to eat and drink in an all inclusive hotel you will be very disappointed especially if you don’t li

KOSZMAR i beznadzieja! Nie tylko nie polecam, ale wręcz odradzam! Jakie 4 gwiazdki!!! Zatrucia pokarmowe na porządku dziennym – co najmniej 6 osób podczas tygodniowego pobytu, to tylko te, o których wiem. Jedna Pani nawet zemdlała i skończyło się kroplówką w szpitalu, karetka była dwa razy. Wszechobecny brud i syf, załoga leniwa i brudna, tydzień w tych samych ciuchach. Śmierdzące żarcie jak dla psów – resztki mortadeli i parówek z poprzedniego dnia tylko polane hektolitrami keczupu, 4 rodzaje sera, 4 rodzaje papryk, jajka i to wszystko – żadnego wyboru, codziennie to samo. Koty łażące po stołówce! Po krzesłach i stołach – nie, tam nie ma Sanepidu. Nabotoksowana dziunia w recepcji ledwo dukająca po angielsku tylko wywracała oczami jak się coś od niej chciało. Mówiła tylko po rusku. Sprzątanie pokoju wyglądało tak, że baba brudnym mopem przesuwała śmieci z jednego kąta w drugi, wanna odarta z emalii, łazienka odrażająca – sama kupiłam Domestos i wymyłam, bo strach było korzystać. Zapleśniała i zardzewiała klimatyzacja. Robale pod łóżkami, gdzie mop nie zagląda. Ogólnie – ohyda! Hotel ma potencjał, jest blisko morza, z wierzchu odmalowany, jednak to co należy do ludzi – utrzymywanie porządku i dbanie o świeżość jedzenia – na poziomie nie do przyjęcia.

Where to start advertised as 4 star that’s a laugh a generous 2 star at best . Staff at reception tried to sell us an upgraded room for 50 euros when all the rooms are the same the rundown of times and rules we were given was in German . If you speak German or Russian then you get somewhere with the staff . The food was atrocious only to be described as slop . The room was disgusting the bathroom wow what a state stains and a hole in the bath stains in the toilet hole in carpet where it’s been worn down sliding doors that nearly came off when pulled open . The only plus about this hotel is the pool and the weather.
