Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Unfortunately, I have to give this assessment. from the very beginning, it was in the room where we wanted to check in, allegedly broken pipes and we were asked to wait. we waited for about 2 hours and came to clarify again (for clarification, we arrived at 15 hours) At 17:00 we are told that a couple more minutes and it is ready. after these couple of minutes, we are told that we will have to wait until 21:00 in the evening. After a couple of arguments, we got a room. The rooms are ok, hard to say wow. our room probably had 3 beds originally, but there was no 3rd bed. there was just a hole and space for that very baby bed. The shower, unfortunately, did not work well. I would also like to ask the director to pay attention to the staff and their treatment of customers. On the first day, when we were delayed, we were given towels for the beach without any information. when we asked "and then what about the towels" we were told "leave them in the room". We used them for a couple of days and wanted to change them, and when we came up we were told that it can not be done, because it is not time to get new towels and it turns out they have rules on the issuance of towels. Then we gave towels and received cards for towels with the most strange questions from one of the employees. questions from the category of "who are you? What are you doing here?" the next day we came to get towels at about 13:00, to which we were told that they have rules for getting towels and they are not here now. Out of some sense of justice, we went to the front desk, where the girl said, "You should have read the writing on the wall." In response to any questions she said that it was our fault, that we could have been more attentive and that we could have learned the rules in 2 days. I am not talking about 70% of the dialog where the employee was clearly disinterested and rolled his eyes. In addition, there was an unpleasant situation with the sauna and hamam. We were told that free use of the spa from 12 to 14. We specifically waited for this time to go to the sauna. As a result we were told to wait at the entrance because there was a covered girl and we had to run from one place to another so that we did not see her. and it's like she "took" private time for herself. I respect her religion, but there should be equality here, because shared time is shared. The cab button was broken. We don't know why. But when you want to order a cab you are offered a VIP, with a surcharge of 100-150 liras. and if this VIP cab is not available, then calls a local. The entrance to the sea is normal, like everywhere else. Ok so we have just got back home today after ten days holiday, we arrived on the 14th April very early hours so unaware of what the hotel was like. We were greeted by a very nice bloke who explained everything to us and we went off to our rooms. Rooms - are good in general, unfortunately I don’t believe bedding was all clean as the duvet was in the wardrobe absolutely crinkled, not I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Towels were changed everyday so that was good, however bins were not emptied for quite a few days and sides never wiped. I’m not saying we was clean as our clothes etc were all over but I would say for the rating of hotel sides etc wiped in bathroom. Mini fridge was empty so again I would have thought water maybe in there for the hotel rating. Ok so now when we woke us and went downstairs to what I can only say was a bit disappointing to find out at 9am not much left for breakfast or not really much to offer so not the best. We then realised that there was no kids club, no water in the pool and work being done around the hotel. The pool in doors I would not really recommend but that me. The spa was ok and Turkish bath section way too hot to even stand in for a few minutes. I will attach pictures of what we had on our first days of our £2300 all inclusive holiday. No entertainment at all until last two nights and that was us dancing. No music was played until last few days Pool was filled 3 days in then closed for 3 days due to not being cleaned. Little pool wasn’t filled till last few days for little kids. Slide still wasn’t open when we left. Bar outside closed. Bar on beach you pay. The food was basic and nothing really for kids we had to ask for chips etc and no ice creams. I could actually go on. The thing is if they just did certain things it actually would be ok at 3 stars maybe and just so you know there is NO 4 stars even on the building they have been taken off. If you have booked through love holidays they will not help or move you but we did see things changing as they days going on. I just believe that we wasn’t sold the holiday we was expecting at all especially for a 4 star rating on love holidays. When we left pool was cleaned and all 3 open but slide still not open. Overall staff were good and tried there best to help, however they look unhappy like but I would be having the old lady who I believe is maybe the owner watching over you all day, who also may I add likes to polish the floor from 7 am ish in the lobby.
