"The hotel hasn't changed its location so all's good in that respect. What has changed is the quality of the food and drinks, especially if you opt for all inclusive and the staff, they didn't seem to fussed about helping you. The quality and variety in the restaurant, especially lunch and evening were in my opinion below the standard I'd expect from a one star hotel, never mind three. We were their last year 2025 and the high overall rating the hotel was well deserved when it was under Seth ownership. Unfortunately our trip this year 2026 did not go so well. Staff just shrugged when asked anything but the simplest of queries. A glass of Sangria is according to them red wine and sprite or Fanta lemon. The food was that bad we ate out after trying it for two days. We opted to "upgrade" to a bungalow, please take our warning and don't. The patio door runners were square, not round, the shower one minute was cold, the next scalding, flush the loo and the sink tap stopped so you had to wait to wash your hands. I could go on, but I'll leave you to imagine how bad it could be, then let you know it was worse."

"our children have bought a voucher for a menù degustaciòn & cata de vino to celebrate our 40th anniversary of wedding. Upon our arrival we asked what the menu was including in terms of wine and the waitress told us with nonchalance that we could take a bottle of wine. We have chosen one of your Torralbenc white wines, which honestly speaking was not what we expected from a location and wine maker such as you're supposed to be. On top of that, boh waitresses had major difficulties explaining every dish course which made the experience even more difficult. We must say that this experience was rather disappointing both in terms of food and wine. Nobody told us that we paid a surcharge to taste more than only one wine - at least the experience could have been a bit more exciting. Anyhow, be sure that we will not recommend your location."

Henkilöstö oli kaunis ja on hyvä linja-auto, joka vie sinut läheiselle rannalle. Suosittelen jäädä tänne - ei kokeillut uima-allas, koska sää ei ollut suuri, mutta se on melko suuri."

"Located in a beautiful part of Menorca, Son Bou is a lovely place to visit with plenty of good, local restaurants. We eat out regularly and the food was great! Beach was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel! Now the hotel.. We stayed all inclusive. Hotel wise, it was clean with daily room cleans and towel changes. The pool was nice with a robotic pool cleaner cleaning away each evening too. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Very hard and stiff mattress, we did not enjoy a single nights sleep! We complained and we were offered a mattress topper, which was exactly that! a thin piece of fabric which made no difference what so ever. Beach/pool towels are available at reception which were of a good size and were used a lot during our stay here. Food - by far not the greatest. Plenty of options but we found ourselves eating fruit and salads as occasionally we’d try the meat dishes to find bacon half cooked, chicken pink in the middle or pork that was all grizzly and chewy hence why we eat out a lot! The Staff never appeared to be happy apart from the entertainment staff. Bar - we often found ourselves lining up at the bar just to be ignored completely and they’d serve others behind us in the queue first. Drinks were often messed up due to a language barrier and they operate by giving you a token on arrival, you exchange the token for a drink (in a plastic beaker/cup) you get your token back when you hand back your cup. Pool tables in the bar area kept on playing up, swallowing money and not giving the balls out but reception would always refund you. Language barrier - we’re not great at Spanish and many staff members aren’t great at English, making conversations, drinks ordering etc difficult. Over all, if the mattresses weren’t so uncomfortable I probably would stay here again but I wouldn’t opt for all inclusive. The location is faultless with plenty to do on the area and regular buses available to take you to other areas in the country."

"Huomasimme hotellin ja ravintolan Googlen kartoilla, kun taas Menorca perheen lomalla. Lounasvalikko näytti hyvältä, joten päätimme varata pöytä. Whist kulkee pääporttien läpi ja kohti paikkaa se ei kestä kauan ymmärtää tämä on todella erityinen paikka. Hotelli ja ravintola on ehdottomasti hämmästyttävä ja henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällinen ja apua. Ruoka oli hämmästyttävä ja me kirjaimellisesti halusi kaiken menetelmästä. Sitten menimme kävelylle kallioreunalle, jossa näkymät olivat uskomattomia. Hyvää iltapäivää, hyvä muistoja."

"We returned to this family friendly hotel for a 2nd time as grandparents with the grandchildren returning for a fourth consecutive visit. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful in all areas. Food had plenty of variety in both restaurants with the children loving the idea of serving themselves. Rooms are well equipped with a free safe included.My only disappointment was the mattress - too soft.The room was cleaned every day. Pools were great with the large one heated with lots of sunbeds available.The small pirate pool opened at 10am and filled up quickly and was not heated.There is a new splashpad in kiko land which opens twice per day. Bars have a great choice of drinks for ai guests with ice cream and lollies readily available. All the areas in the hotel are immaculately clean but be careful on the many tiled floors if it rains. Outside in son bou there are three or four bars and restaurants and was very quiet in may.The beach is a lovely sandy one with lifegaurds on duty. Overall we would not hesitate to return again next year.Highly recommend if you have young children ie up to ten years of age"
