The facilities were new and complete, with attention to detail. Special mention goes to Xiao Yin and Xiao Li at the front desk; they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and efficient, with a constant smile and proactive recommendations for nearby restaurants. They patiently answered all my questions about parking and luggage storage, and were always there when needed. Their warm and attentive service made me feel right at home. The environment, location, and service were all impeccable. I had a comfortable and reassuring stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to friends and family."
