Regency Sealine Camp

It was a fantastic site. Money has location-specific value exclusively. not in exchange for the services. The front desk manager and the breakfast crew GB were really impolite. There were a few problems with the room and breakfast. We are attempting to speak with the manager of the front desk; he handled us like unpaid guests.Due to problems with the room, the front desk manager offered have lunch and a late check-out. That was also impolite behaviour.as a result, we skipped lunch and only delayed the late check-out by one hour. Breakfast was the worst, and the room air conditioner made a lot of noise. The bread was served with out butter . Ombellet was served with a lot of salty, they served tea instead of latte .the room sink tap water like drain water.Thankfully, we had a good valet.

Was quite an experience, loved the view, loved the warmth welcome, loved the food and everything. I really loved its vibe. I was there with my best friend with whom I was not gone out for like one whole year and both of us really liked it all. People there are super friendly ❤️

5/5 It was a great experience to stay in luxury patio room with my sister. We had a chance to experience the complimentary stay in the regency Sealine camp. The vibe of the fresh air and the sound of the sea relaxed my entire body from a stressful week. They served good menu for breakfast as a complimentary. Room very spacious it can accommodate 5 persons. They have all the bathrooms toiletries. I love the place.

1. Expect a European 2-to-3-star Resort at best. 2. Don’t expect to feel being in the middle of the desert.. I work in Doha and I came to the Regency Sealine Camp for one night to treat a visiting friend from Europe. I booked our stay through the same travel agency I had used last December when another friend came to visit. I will never use them again (unexpected lack of professionalism from the first moment and then, this Regency Sealine Camp experience…). On arrival to the Camp we were given a key-plastic card in a very reused paper cover. We were taken to a Patio Room with Sea VIEW. I enquired and only because I enquired, I was told that the more expensive Patio Room Sea FRONT I had payed through the agency was not available. In fact, the only Sea FRONT “rooms” were the Suites, we were told… Once inside, the room had a very strong smell of chemical products -most probably used for cleaning. Windows were poorly cleaned giving a general feeling of abandonment. We were offered another room, closer to the sea, in a secluded corner, with almost no wifi, next to a running generator. Despite it all, we preferred this room. It came to be a good choice as it was also far from the loud music of the restaurant in the evening. In this second room, windows were also poorly cleaned and the floors had some sand. Toilets were clean, Grohe taps were in excellent condition, but furniture was most definitely not in good shape with rust and scratches. Water pressure was good but irregular. To my surprise and contrary to what I expected, in both rooms we were shown there was only one bed. The extra beds were offered for 100QAR each. Fortunately, and because of all the trouble, they did not charge us for the extra bed we needed. My friend went straight for a swim but the sea was full of algae. All over the Camp the floors and sand were covered with waste papers, plastic and cigarette butts (huge contrast to the clean Doha). After sunset (the whole Camp faces East…) the lights in the Camp are bright, so there is no chance to stargaze within the premises. Just outside the tall wooden fences of the premises there are cars coming and going quite fast in the dark (you can see their lights, but they cannot see you…) so walking away is risky. We were never told that you could enjoy a bonfire, so we did not ask for one. We did not see one either. I only read about it later, here in Tripadvisor. Food in the restaurant was simply very poor quality. Dinner: To give you an idea, Hummus could have been from a supermarket jar. Salads were tasteless, as difficult as that is. Breakfast: The only coffee you will see is coffee powder, same for the milk. I counted three types of teas to choose from. Flies are inevitable, but in Doha you get those horizontal windmills that keep them away from the food: no sign of those here (maybe on request, but I never got mine and I waited 15 minutes). A seguito di un’escursione con le jeep 4x4 nel deserto, abbiamo deciso di passare una notte in questa struttura. Dormire nel deserto è sicuramente stata un’esperienza diversa dall’ordinario. Questo campo è abbastanza attrezzato per essere una struttura immersa nel deserto. Le camere sono delle casette singole che si affacciano tutte al centro del campo e direttamente sul mare. Personale cordiale e pulizia buona. La struttura gode di un ristorante per usufruire dei pasti della giornata. A cena abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici della tradizione, mentre a colazione l’offerta è stata più varia.
