My recent stay at the Ascott Corniche Al Khobar was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite booking through ******* with high hopes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, my stay was marred by numerous issues that left me extremely dissatisfied.
From the moment we entered the apartment, we were greeted by an overwhelming and offensive odor, reminiscent of a mix between chemical and nasty smells. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, the only solution offered was to spray air freshener, which proved to be ineffective in resolving the issue.
The persistent odor made our stay unbearable, forcing us to leave after only a few hours. This unexpected turn of events greatly disrupted our travel plans and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.
Furthermore, the lack of proper resolution and compensation for the substandard conditions only added to our disappointment. As a paying customer, I expected a level of service and comfort that was sorely lacking during my stay at Ascott Corniche Al Khobar.
Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment to fellow travelers, and I urge ******* to investigate the matter and ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues in the future.
