It was great, bur they need more people at the reception as I have waited in line for more than 25 minutes & there was no one at the elite section.

Staff are fast , friendly and helpful in many ways, but it is a recommendation that you put your best employees to face your customers , that’s a clear example for putting Rana Fattani in the front desk , she is so professional in handling needs , issues , offering services and truly honest.

When we arrived we were told that the swimming pool was closed until 24th jan so for the whole of our stay. we were offered no compensation. we would not have booked this hotel if we had known the pool was closed

Nice stay The hotel was nice, staff were helpful and kind. Location is close to the cornich (beach) but need to walk at least 15 minutes to get there. You need a car to move around. Breakfast buffe is nice and have a lot of varities. They have a good sushi resturant but limited options of raw sushi. Overall I recommend it and I will come again.
