Reception staff are very helpful,, The hotel is a very well maintained the rooms are great & the location is perfect.

We ate at the seafood night at The Blue. The manager, Nisar, made sure that we get the table that I pre requested. Once there the servers Mr Helal, Ganesh, Seraz and even Chef Anis made us feel well taken cared of.. They even gave in to our request of impromptu birthday cake bec we just learned that one of us just celebrated his birthday. We go back to The Blue a lot not just of the food, but also for the attentiveness of the staff.

Great customer service. Extremely professional staff working there. Friendly atmosphere. Team tried to be extremely supportive during my stay. Location is great, and rooms are spacious and clean. Also hotel is so quiet. Great for business trips. Thank you.

Booked airport pickup and waited 30 min .. no one showed up. Had to take a taxi from the airport and in my way to the hotel, someone called me with extremely bad communication could not understand a word … never seen such setup with 5 stars hotel. Disappointing

The first night I was there, there was a bedbug in my bed. I went to the front desk immediately and asked if I could have my room changed and explained to them the situation and showed them the picture. It was nearly 10 pm and the front desk man came to my room, and I asked him to wait because I had taken some of my clothing off, and it was on the desk and the man comes in and sees my undergarments, which is very unacceptable in Saudi Arabia. I asked him three times to leave until I invite him into the room, and he finally leaves. I collect my suitcase, and then he starts pulling the sheets back, shaking them. I asked him to wait until I remove my items and myself from the room because I don’t want bugs on me. The hotel put me in another room on another floor. I was going to check out the next day because I was staying for four nights, but the general manager told me that he would take care of the charges so I stayed. When I arrived home, I noticed I was charged for all four nights and when I contacted the hotel, they said they would only reimburse me for one night. There is no way I would pay to stay in a hotel with bedbugs, and the only reason I stayed on a different floor was because the general manager told me he would cover the charges. I will never stay in this hotel again, and if they think that literally having a bedbug crawl across the bed whilst you’re in it is satisfied by reimbursement of one night charge that is outrageous and incredibly disrespectful.

الفندق قديم لكن مجدد من الداخل-عندهم شاحن للسيارات الكهربائيه-الموظفين ممتازين والموظفات لكن عندنا ملاحظه على مسؤول الاستقبال اعتقد اسمةاحمد تجاهلني وسحب وذهب لزبون اخر يعرفه معرفه شخصيه للاسف-الاستقبال يوجد فيه موظفه واحده فقط وعليها زحمه والموظفه محترمه وتحاول تخدم الكل لاعرف اسمها فنادق اكور في السعوديه ينقصهم ثقافةالترحيب بعضواكور ماعدا الرياض -البزنس لاونج الدور12 حار ولايوجد فيه شي يقدم للضيف العضو حتى الشاي للاسف كل شي عندهم بفلوس وهذا شي مستغرب عكس الفروع الاخرى

Top-Notch Employees Saudi Arabia is a wonderful destination to begin with, but the hotel experience made it even more special. The one thing that I loved the most is that whomever you approached with an inquiry or request, they would NOT send you in circles; even if they had nothing to do with the operational aspect that you happened to address, THEY would get the information / solution. No "please call so-and-so" or "go-there-and-there" - THEY took care of it (and immediately), and that applied to everyone I asked something, from reception to catering to room service. Everything else (cleanliness, comfort, etc.) was great, too. Never stayed at a Movenpick before but if this is their global standard, then it could be my new hotel of choice during travels anywhere.
