位置優越，下樓就是麥當勞和大超市！房間乾淨整潔，早餐有煎蛋和水果。性價比很高，推薦大家選擇！！！！！

房間整體來説是不錯的，唯一不好的是隔音效果不太好，隔壁房間咳嗽聲聽得清清楚楚，和外面清真寺禱告的喇叭聲大一早就給吵醒了

房間門不能從裏面反鎖，也沒有提供電吹風。 酒店位置好，出門就是超市賣場

乾淨、寬敞，就是裝修風格略微陳舊了些

離波斯灣很近。旁邊有家超市，方便購物。還有一家購物中心，不過白天沒人，晚上會熱鬧點。沙特白天太熱了，適合晚上出來行動。酒店服務挺好的。

The hotel is extremely value for money. The staff are very good attitude. The breakfast is ok. So, if I have business trip in the city in future, I will continue picking this hotel. Excellent.

Check-in supposed to be at 3PM but we were processed by the manager himself after an hour. The female staff on duty said they are processing the guest at 3PM but when its time this female staff left and finish her shift without looking how crowded the ground floor with all their guest waiting to be attended. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced knowing that this is under Radisson. Small parking spaces and defective elevator, swimming pool exclusively for male and female only. Kindly, review your regulations and be considerate especially guest coming from distant places travelling with family.

I will not be back. Terrible customer service and a confusing check in process. The room was dirty. Stains on the couch, carpet and window curtains. The bathroom had mold in the shower and leaked everywhere when using.

Need a drastic uplift Facilities , dining , overall experience considerably eroded over last few years . It seems like this place is now dedicated to long stayers / like an apartment .

Room service is not timely and they dont answer to your calls. I had to keep wasting my time calling one number or other
