Al Hamra Village Hotel arvostelua

Nu este prima data cind ne cazam aici ,insa acum am avut doar pensiune completa si sincer am regretat, mesele erau cu exceptia micului dejun doar ceva acolo ca sa spui ca ai mers la masa.Este jenant ca o astfel de masa este promovata de acest hotel, nu aveai tacimuri sau servetele de cele mai multe ori, nu aveai ce sa maninci decent iar sucuri sau cafea pot spune ca erau niste lichide colorate si atit.Am dori sa fie din nou o servire ca acum 6 ani nu ca acum ,poate va incinta rusii care va platesc dar scuze ei mujicii or sa dispara odata cu Putin sincer.

The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.

Tres bon emplacement - 0piscine et mer à proximité. Mall Spinneys à 10mn à pied. Très bon petit dej buffet. Animation tous les soirs au bar Frskys. (Attention si vous êtes logés coté piscine., musique très forte) Personnel sympathique

Late in reception more than 2 hours and we take our room at 5 pm

All staff very helpful and kind to the guest. Thank you for wonderful night 🌉

Trip.com had managed to solve smoothly the booking problem and we had enjoyed our stay.

Room was good enough for me to work from! WiFi speed was excellent!

The chalet was nice and quiet, very good for family, yet the swimming pools were not big enough.

Good location and nice view from my room but they are some unclean places such as in front of my room door and there is a water leak from the bathroom ceiling.
