A breathtaking and impeccably maintained resort set against the stunning backdrop of Snoopy Island. The crystal-clear sea teems with vibrant coral, and early morning swims may reward you with glimpses of turtles and reef sharks. The exceptional staff are warm, knowledgeable, and highly professional, ensuring a top-tier experience. The swim-up pool is a standout feature, while evenings on the terrace offer an unforgettable ambiance.

I would have loved to give this hotel 4 or 4.5 even. The location is excellent on the Aqah beach away from the city hustle and far from shops and noise. It has its own beach across from Snopy island, perfect for amateur snorkling with fish of all sizes and colors and easily accessible by a short swim. I booked multiple rooms, studio apartments, came with big fridge and kitchen sync, a balcony and outdoors table facing a side view of beach. Why the low review? 1. At night we wanted a quite area to sit down and chat close to the beach with the calm sound of waves cashing on the sand. We sat down at an area with lots of tables, chairs which appears to be an outside restaurant currently closed for the night. Alas this calm atmosphere was disrupted with a shouting aggressive staff member. “George” his name was. I have never experienced such rudeness in a hotel in Emirates EVER. Instead of politely and calmly saying that we can sit somewhere else he started barking his instructions at us. We speak Arabic and so does he. If we spoke a foreign language then he would not dare talk to us like that. I quietly withdrew but took his name to report incident during my checkout. While the clerk at front desk was sympathic, no one from management talked to us or called us back to offer apology and explanation for such unruly behavior. 2. At night, they turn off all outside lights so you have no options to sit and relax other than in one sad looking restaurant. I visited Le Meridien next door, they have lights everywhere at night by the beach and allow you to sit wherever you want and have chessboards, games, etc.. for whole family to enjoy. Sandy should drop them a visit to learn how to take advantage of their property better. One bright experience is interacting with Soukania, a new front office member with a welcoming smile and attitude that was easy and pleasant to talk to during check in and check out.
