服務非常差，建議大家以後不要住！

房間很大，廁所很小，也沒有熨斗，出差需要熨燙衣服，很不便！ 前台很多服務生不會説英語，衹有一位會説。這非常不方便！ 另外，wifi非常不好，跟前台提了3次。 住了好幾天，有一天房間當天沒打掃，所以去前台要水跟廁紙，要了3次，才送來。。。 酒店後面就是裏海，很近，裏海很贊，晚上去也很安全！酒店三樓的餐廳，就不建議去了，比較貴，點了披薩，説材料沒有了，換了兩份意大利麪，實在不好吃

ホテルは素晴らしいロケーションです👍 お部屋はとても清潔です。 スタッフ達は皆親切です。 なによりも広くで、美しいカスピ海は目の前でした！

L'hotel dista circa 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di Aktau e sorge in prossimità del mar Caspio. Appena si varca l'ingresso non si può notare quanto sia imponente questa struttura. Per quanto riguarda le camere sono ampie, dotate di ogni comforts come ad esempio l'accappatoio od il tavolino e sedie situate sul terrazzo da cui si può ammirare il mare. Colazione semplice ma completa.

Siamo ritornati dopo qualche anno. È davvero molto bello. Una bella vista sul mare, gran bella piscina e palestra. Bel bar e hall. Camera molto grandi e pulita. Forse meriterebbe più attenzione per la colazione che non è all’altezza di un hotel così bello e non arriva la Wi-Fi. La tavola del water era rotta e il termosifone del bagno non funzionante. Lo abbiamo notificato più volte ma non sono stati capaci di risolvere il problema. Il termosifone è utile per lunghi soggiorni quando devi asciugare qualcosa. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Davvero tanto! Personale gentile.

Possibly the best hotel in Aktau, the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel is facing onto the Caspian sea and has an unbelievably amazing private dining restaurant called Aquarium located above and surrounded by a sturgeon fish aquarium. I recommend this hotel for its unique style.

Снял люкс с видом на море, кончилась вода, пошёл на ресепшн попросить принести воду, очень грубо ответил парень, что дают 1 бут воды. Сказал ему, сменить тон, это всего лишь просьба принести воду. Ну да ладно, попросил в баре принести в номер воду, но так и не принесли. Утром на завтраке попросил приготовить яишницу шакшуку, сказали, это за отдельную плату. Очень разочарован уровнем гостиницы. Сервис на уровне школы. Больше точно не приеду к ним.

I was at the hotel for a week in August 2023 for work. It's a fantastic hotel. Service was good food was good. Design is very welcoming. Location is just on the sea. I got room 1009 which is probably one of the best rooms. It's more like a suite. It's a corner room at the end of the hall and has the best view of the Caspian sea. My colleague got room 1008. looks like the twin of my room 1009 (I think mine had a bit better view). Our superior got room 1109 which was above mine. I believe room 1109 is the best in the hotel. Hotel is on a cliff so lobby is on 6th floor. There is a nice promenade along the sea. 2 km to the north you get to the I love Aktau sign. Heading south you arrive at the pier from which you can take boat trips. July August it can get quite hot so avoid hot hours. Try and walk before 10:00 and/or after 19:00. The water can be surprisingly cold but its fun swimming in the sea. In the summer its fun to walk along the promenade at the vicinity of the I Love Aktau sign.

The most terrible Hotel i ever stay. We as Family checked in for two days stay in May 2023 with our 22 months old dauther. In evening time we realized that the hotel has been also used as wedding party amenity with very loud music and other things till very late time. Our dauther couldn't sleep until 1:30AM. Several calls to reception doesnt work at all!!! I would not recommend this "Hotel" to anyone, especially with kids.
