Excellent hotel with great food available 24/7 (few hours excluded). Conveniently close to the beach, but slightly distant from the old city.

Otel temiz,yemekler yenebilecek düzeyde,spa sı çok temiz,denize yürüyerek 5dk da gidilebiliyor.Otelde tek memnun kalmadığım şey odaları temizleyen personellerin sabahın 7:30 unda birbirleri ile yüksek ses ile konuşmalarıydı.

The night manager, Osmar, was rude when my 1-year-old played with a ball in the lobby. Instead of handling it politely, he was unprofessional and disrespectful. Staff should treat guests with courtesy. He is so unprofessional to be a manager

Shockingly bad experience . Like many going to Turkey I was going for a medical procedure, an eye operation and all I needed was a nice quiet room and a few drinks. The basics . After not much sleep due eye op stress I had my first eye done and went back to hotel rest up and take a nap. No Luck. 5 mins asleep . Full on industrial drilling on a 10 out 10 noise scale in next room. Tired Grump y or you rest of day, they apologised and said it wont hak happen . OK whatever. Next day SAME AGAIN 9 am full on building site industrial noice in same room, fuming tired off to my second eye op . I had been hoping for walk round antalya after op but was too tired to do that ...The apologised but promised it was over. NEXT DAY SAME AGAIN 9am - 3 days ruined and mserable . Jet2 rep was nice enough but the offer of a free room and a massage which cant have due to eye op wasnt good enough. Is it really so hard for a hotel to tell you in advance of work and not tell you lies about when it was finishing . THAT IS ATROCIOUS MANAGEMENT....JET2 wouldnt even give me a voucher , said it was my fault for not telling them on day 1 of noise. complain to who the rep that visitis once a day . Also claims its a beach resort but beach access is closed on Non peak month june onwards . no beach bar . You cant even get on the the beach its locked up... Avoid it really you might be lucky but a gauranteed hassle free holiday NO WAY

There was no seats to sit on in the lobby to relax after dinner. Customer relations girls were excellent, and would get someone to bring in an outside table. Staff excellent. Not good location, just one main road to go for a walk. Beach bar shut no sunbeds on beach. So stuck in hotel for 2 weeks . One alacart restaurant open. Entertainment was not good compared to other hotels we have stayed in, in Turkey. Would not visit this hotel again.

The hotel is very good . The food was outstanding and so much choice The food was of a high standard. The rooms kept exceptionally clean. The while hotel was very clean. The food at the snack bar always topped up. Guest relations could not do enough special call out to Bushria. Very good animations thanks to Hayley and Tiger. Could not fault this hotel . We enjoyed our stay . Well done to all the staff the girls who waited on us and constantly topped up our drinks. The bar staff who worked quickly dispensing drinks. Thanks to every one for making my stay at Ramada so enjoyable 😉
