Abou Sofiane Hotel

Disappointed Stay I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While I do appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms, which was the only real positive, the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel was overcrowded to the point where getting food felt like a struggle. The restaurant was chaotic, and by 6 a.m., it was nearly impossible to find a spot by the pool. There was absolutely no crowd management, and the atmosphere felt more stressful than relaxing. What was most disappointing, however, was the clear favoritism shown toward foreign tourists. As a Tunisian visitor, I felt unwelcome. Many local guests were treated with visible indifference or disrespect, while tourists were prioritized in every setting. The staff, in general, were unhelpful and at times outright rude, with only a few exceptions (literally two people I can think of that were nice). Even the parking guard was rude and dismissive, as if doing us a favor just by speaking to us. That kind of attitude really set the tone before even stepping into the hotel. The menu was repetitive, offering the same dishes every single day. No variety, no innovation, and definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, I left disappointed and frustrated. This could have been a great stay, but the poor service, overcrowding, and lack of respect for local guests made it hard to enjoy anything beyond a clean room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a balanced, respectful, and relaxing holiday experience.

Good communication between staff members and employees lots of entertainment opportunities and great customer service. Enjoyment for adults along with kids too and many activities to get up to and keep you busy and cooperate with the weather.

Mon récent séjour à l'Hôtel Abou Sofiane a été une véritable déception. Il est regrettable de constater que l'établissement cumule de nombreux problèmes qui ont fortement terni mon expérience, rendant mes vacances loin d'être reposantes. Dès mon arrivée, la propreté laissait à désirer, tant dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. C'est un point inacceptable pour un hôtel, car cela impacte directement le confort et le bien-être des clients. Malheureusement, le service n'était pas à la hauteur non plus : le personnel s'est souvent montré peu aimable, inefficace et difficilement joignable, donnant l'impression que la satisfaction du client n'était pas une priorité. La qualité de la nourriture était également une source majeure de mécontentement. Les repas étaient répétitifs, peu variés et de piètre qualité, transformant chaque moment passé au restaurant en une corvée plutôt qu'en un plaisir. Les installations de l'hôtel étaient dans un état déplorable, beaucoup d'équipements étant vétustes ou carrément hors service, ce qui est très frustrant lorsqu'on compte sur des services En résumé, mon séjour à l'Hôtel Abou Sofiane a été une succession de désagréments. Je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander cet hôtel et j'espère que ces retours permettront à d'autres voyageurs d'être mieux informés avant de faire leur choix.
