Abou Sofiane Hotel

Just returned from 9 nights and absolutely loved it had the best holiday room comphy and clean food was good did get repetitive but being a frequent traveller that always goes all inclusive it always does if your there more than a week there is a alacarte resuraunt u can use once and a snack bar which was good we used that most lunch times pools were nice and clean slides were great loverly beach being a smallish hotel everything was not much walking which was perfect as my mum can't walk far got a sunlounger no problem animation team were good there was a few nights there was no entertainment which was disappointing but we just went out all staff was very friendly an went out there way for us no kettle in room but we always take our own always taxis outside to take you too surrounding places very cheap no spa facilities but you can use the hotel next door which we did has a loverly in door pool would I come again most definitely for the price we paid I cant complain ya holiday what you make it an we met some amazing people why we was there an had a great time didn't want come home

Regrettably our flight had been cancelled in June 2024 and we immediately booked into Abou Sofiane hotel in Port El Kantaoui for 4 nights stay with my wife but upon checking out, on our last day at the hotel, I requested for a full invoice paid receipt but was REFUSED but given a handwritten receipts which were essentially useless. I required this to allow to make a claim against the airline on reasonable expenses upon my return to UK. I have emailed the hotel but have had no response now for several weeks. I am now out of pocket to the cost of nearly £400. I find this totally unacceptable that in 2024 this hotel is unable to provide a basic receipt on their letter headed paper and provide my with an invoice proving i stayed at their hotel.

L'hôtel est le plus très mal qui j'ai vu, la chambre n'est pas propre est degolace, la chambre n'est pas comme été réservé (vue). La chambre tellement ancien équipe pas comme les photos, et ya pas de clim personnelle la clim ete allumé jusqu'à 22h, la chaleur pq dans la chambre, l'eau est occuper avant minuit, une fois l'électricité ete interrompu, service clients long et pas bien. Enfin je vous conseille pas Parce que tu vas le regretter.

REALLY Enjoyed the holiday. The hotel and the room were GREAT. Food was excellent. Animation team were fantastic. Bar drinks and beach great. Pool very clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Reception was always there and answered ant questions we had.

Rubbishhhhh hotel outdated old tacky everything is broken as my pictures show , staff very rude Food rubbish chicken nuggets like a rock tv very old no Chanel’s , lining changed ones a week towels the same , housekeeper very rude lady near room 240 ish , avoid avoid Dosent deserve 1 star Tripadvisor rate 4 is well wrong I will talking to them

The room was good, the housekeeping ladies were lovely, the waiters at the pool bar were great mostly, and all of the staff were mostly friendly. The food was very hit or miss and I experienced an upset stomach for 7 of the 9 days we were there, but unable to pinpoint the cause, although the water from the coffee machine tasted of mould at our final breakfast. We were not able to have a kettle in our room, the receptionist seemed to think it was a funny request, but it may have saved my bad experience. Our sea view room had a very limited sea view and was very close to the very loud entertainment area, but thankfully the music stopped at 11pm. We had to wait 4 hours for our room on arrival, and although we were told we could get an early breakfast on our last morning, because we had an early flight, this was not the case, if fact they lost the keys to the restaurant and so it opened late, giving us 15 minutes before our transfer arrived. The indoor pool that is advertised was empty so could not be used, the outdoor pool are clean and well maintained though. There is no information given about facilities or activities, which would have been helpful. The first holiday I have ever had that I wasn’t sorry to leave!

⛔ Horrible et cauchemardesque ⚠️ personnel qui manque de professionalisme de la réception au restaurant en passant même par la femme de ménage qui s'est montrée impolie. Hôtel très très très sale Nourriture immangeable Personnel de la salle très impolis surtout celui qui assure la grillade d'escalope. Discrimination au niveau des animateurs (en particulier Leen) entre les enfants arabes et étrangers. Chambre inhabitable.. Saleté partout.. En un mot : FUIEZ

Very clean and stylish the food is delicious so many types of salads soupes pizza chickens fish ... So many sauces sweets and cakes season fruits... The only problem was with the type of Algerian families they tooks all the food especially meats and min gâteaux they put too many food and waste it without eating what they put on their table .. the hotel should put restricted roules for people who waste food (i hope they do it like paying extra money for the waste of food) . The stuff is very welcoming and polite very professional ❤️ The receptionist ❤️ very kind and professional . This was my first time i ll be back again i liked the vibe the animation team also ❤️ I want to thank the owner of the hotel and all the stuff .
