"We have been visiting many onsen ryokans or hotels in Japan. This hotel is very good and my rooms is very large with indoor onsen and super deluxe design. However, we were disappointed during checking in. Their time slots for dinner and breakfast were somewhat ridiculous. Either too early or too late. No one told us where we could get our welcome drinks, or had staffs to guide us to pue room. Our breakfast time was even arranged by error on 8:30 instead of 7:00 as we had decided. Everything was so good except the hotel service should be improved."

"We stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the top floor. The inn is located on a cape overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, and the view is amazing. The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful. The hospitality was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay. Most of the staff were young, and they worked efficiently. We stayed with our one-year-old child, and they provided a baby chair in the dining area from the start, and even though we didn't ask for it, they gave us white rice separately for our child, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity."

"The inn is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Banshu Ako Station, and we were given a thorough tour of the inn, making for a very pleasant stay. There is also a courtyard within the inn, and drinking coffee while looking out at the garden is fantastic. I would definitely stay at this inn again if I had the opportunity."

"Hotelli on sattumanvarainen, ensinnäkin se pitää sisämerestä, sitten se houkuttelee luovan aineiston ja rakennuksen, joka on suloinen ja elävä nimi. Hotelli rakennettiin rannalla sijaitsevalle kellarille, kahdelle keittosuojusaltalle, yksi sisällä ja yläkerrassa oli valtava kivi ja yksi täysin avotuuli. Silloin kylmä sää koko ihmisen koontui. Kun olin maassa, vieras oli avoinna. Kun olin huolellisesti puhdistettu, menin keittotielle heti ja rentoutui. Vaikka olin hyvin kuuma, mutta imen puhtaan ilman ja katsoin lentävää lumikukkia vielä hetkeksi! Ruoka olisi oltava kausiruoka. Se on juuri markkinoille saatettua illallista, jossa on kaksi isoa ja rasvaista lyijyä. Muiden entisten ruokailijoiden kalan- ja kalan- ja meripihka-riisiä ja niin edelleen. Se on erittäin hyvä hinta-arvoinen lämmin hotelli. Lisäksi on myös siirtoasemapalvelu."
