The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with hot food served promptly, allowing me to quickly start my day efficiently. I must especially praise the service! Upon check-in, Xiao Yang at the front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room with a view and provided detailed recommendations for local hidden gems and tips on avoiding bad restaurants. Every day when I returned, the room was impeccably tidy, even the loose charging cables were neatly organized, and there was a bottle of water on the bedside table. Upon check-out, I unexpectedly received a handmade gift from the hotel – a truly thoughtful touch. This feeling of being valued is wonderful; I've already recommended it to my friends!"

The staff are gentle and professional, even proactively reminding you of breakfast times and elevator locations – attention to detail is paramount. The room was spotless and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Walking barefoot on the floor felt completely safe. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress was perfectly firm, and the pillows were comfortable. Combined with excellent soundproofing, I could barely hear any outside noise at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation, with ample and stable hot water. The toiletries have a familiar herbal scent, which is reassuring. The room is also well-equipped, with convenient smart voice control for the air conditioning and curtains. The tea set allows guests to enjoy a hot cup of tea during their trip, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection is plentiful and clean, including hot porridge, steamed pastries, whole grains, and fruit, all kept at the perfect temperature – a simple bite is all it takes to start your day with energy. The hotel's 24-hour laundry room and gym are also very practical. The laundry room even allows you to check the machine's status via TV, which is incredibly convenient for long-distance travelers. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave us a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed any bottled water, further enhancing our positive experience. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and facilities at Ji Hotel maintained a consistently high standard throughout the trip.
