We made a reservation and paid the 50% deposit required 6 months prior to the arrival date for my daughter's wedding and 5 days prior to our arrival, we received an e-mail advising that they are unable to accommodate us due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the venue and Nonhlanhla Mokhwesana who also sent the mail, advised that they have long staying guests and thus they are unable to accommodate us. Her attitude was unacceptable and her tone was abrupt and defensive with no sympathy for the inconvenienced caused. I will never recommend this venue or ever use them again.
