Hotel Fortune Plaza very nicely located. the ambiance of the hotel was ok. the front desk staff were polite and humble and guided us lot how to visit Dargah. The rooms are clean but not maintained properly. The food was tasty we could not utilized thier as we spent most of the time outside only.

Location was good but room service was very late. They charge extra per hour and don’t book room with breakfast they don’t provide buffet

Mrng reception doesn’t have manner to talk thr was lot of argument. No place for proper parking. Availability of hot water was not there.

I should’ve believed the reviews before bookings. But i thought to myself how bad can it be. Here’s a guide for you, its bad! cockroaches, unclean bed sheets. Like the basic bedding had stamped dust. Unchanged sheets. Hair in the toilet. Just outright dirty. The staff is unbothered. no customer service. Which was refreshing. It’s not a 3 star hotel. I don’t think they qualify for it.
