The Greenhouse Resort

This is one of the finest experiences of mine and my family, great location, clean hotel, courteous and very helpful staff, value for money. All the tourist spots are near by. Hotel staff is cooperative who guided us for the Pushkar tour. Will visit again.

We came for our birthday event . It was the worst resort ever. They charged for the bedsheet as a girl she was running with her periods asked us to charge 2500/- . I will suggest you to never come to the resort as there was no safe feeling and called every staff for paying 2500/- just because of the periods Stain on bedsheet . Managers and there team behaviour was the worstt ever ... I will suggest you Find other resort but NEVER THE GREEN HOUSE RESORT .

Booked this place for our Christmas Trip 2022 from Agoda, purpose of booking this place was having a peaceful stay and since we had small kids alongside we wanted to avoid desert camping. The pictures of the Resort were quite eye catching and in reality too the Resort is quite beautiful and picturesque but as they say ENVIRONMENT is more important than the FACE alone. The service of this place is awful to say the least, highly disappointing to have booked this place just on the basis of pictures. Below mentioned are my reasons for Rating it as i have done :- 1. We had booked this place for 4 nights, the 1st night and the last (25th Dec, Sunday) the place was a peaceful as expected because all the crowd had majorly checked out as next day was a working day - Monday, but the 2 nights in between were a sheer nightmare for my Family. The Barbeque section is right between all the cottages they have, loud music was being played individually by guys hanging around the area, their talks slowly through the night had become shouts in abusive language, we understand people have come to enjoy which is really fine but resort had no control over their rules or people, this kept on happened till 1AM in the night, so if you are planning to visit with family/kids this place is terrible if there will be more people in other cottages as well. There was another family besides our cottage who actually came outside around 12 in the night to request these guys to slow down but there was no relief. We ourselves complained to the reception but with no respite at all. 2. Pathetic Food Selections & array of Buffet : In the breakfast Buffet they had 6 items in total expect eggs, 1 item all 4 days was common (cutlet), 3 items of South Indian all days was common (Upma, Idli, Dosa/Uthapam), 1 item 3 days was common Kidney Beans and other item used to change like Samosa/Bread Pakoda/Parantha I have never in my life visited a place which serves 4 out of 6 items same every day, it felt as if i was in South India. They have absolutely 0 variety. Now coming to Evening snacks, all they have is Chicken 65 and Chilly Chicken for you in Non Veg (so again 0 options to choose from) 3. They use Solar Panels for water Heating : If you are planning of visiting in a fairly colder month, let me tell you they use solar energy so for Heated water to come in taps it takes about 3-5 mins so imagine waking up in the mid nights to wait 3-5mins for washing your hands. 4. Service :- Despite the property being fairly empty for 2 days out of our 4 even on the 1st & last day they took ages in serving stuff to our room. 1st day we wanted some extra cushions and blanket for which we had to remind thrice, finally they have in 25mins, by chance if you ask for extra Cutlery it seemed as if we asked for Trip refund, we just kept on reminding them for the same or they used to take hell lot of time in serving. 5. One night only and the resort was relatively quiet, ongoing impacts of covid lasting in the industry particularly where a little more off the beaten track such as a visit to Pushkar. The most surprising part of the stay was our evening meal it was delicious chicken biryani, vegetable jalfrezi and mutton rogan josh all spot on served at the pool by very attentive staff. Breakfast the next morning just as refreshing and generous. The focus on using vegetables from the on-site greens houses a nice touch. The rooms were nice and clean and the grounds veery well looked after. You could do worse than spend a night or two here and we would return.
