Hello, we are not satisfied with the services provided. On check out the staff of hotel accused us for a missing single bedsheet and delayed our checkout for 1 hour. Later the bedsheet was found by the staff himself outside the checkout room. This was very poor experience.

The place is the best stay for a family or even couples. People are so friendly there specially mr. Vijay their manager

While the property is good we found 10 lizards , 1 kaan khajoora, 1 scorpion and I do not know what all besides us in the room will never stay ever again just BA cause of this one reason

Palace is beautiful. Food is good. But there is no wifi in rooms. No exhaust fans in washroom.

there was nothing like 4 star. I think below category tent was provided and not as per booking at such high rate. I hv already submitted my feedback seperately. No room heater, no electric kettle, leakage from gueser pipe, dirty room, dirty wash room, unhygienic room, thanda food u need to refund my amount. No smart door/ key was there to lock tent as gov-en in booking. No tv or wifi was provided inspite of having 4 star tent and paying such big amount of rs

Wonderful stay We had a great stay here and the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. Food was good and had a wide selection. Beautifully situated in a quiet surrounding and not far from the lovely town of Pushkar

Went with family recently to attend a function held at the respective resort in Pushkar. Overall it was a nice stay but was unfortunately marred by a very disappointing experience at the dining hall during breakfast. The behavior of the staff and the level of customer service were well below expectations. Upon arriving at the dining hall, I was met with indifference and a lack of warmth from the staff. Simple requests, such as a request for a cup of tea and basic breakfast items were ignored. The staff's inattentiveness and lack of professionalism created an unwelcoming atmosphere that significantly affected my overall experience. I expected a much higher standard of service from such an establishment. The disregard for guest needs and the absence of courteous service were surprising and unacceptable. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests receive the level of service and hospitality that is expected from Bhanwar Singh Palace, Pushkar.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ( Sandeep specially)and staff , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff was friendly, and the property including room was neat and clean. The food was good, both breakfast buffet and à la carte dinner. However room service could be improved as we had to explicitly request refill of coffee and toiletries on second day.
