I typically don't write hotel reviews, but my experience at this property prompted me to share my thoughts. While there were no major issues, the service felt incomplete and lacked professionalism. The rooms were quite average, and unfortunately, the bedsheets and pillows had an unpleasant odor. The staff's approach was far from professional. Considering I paid for an AC room for one night, I expected basic amenities such as shampoo and towels, but these were missing. I chose this hotel based on its high rating of 4.2+ with over 700 reviews, but I found it difficult to understand why it garnered such positive feedback. overall I'm not happy with the service,

If anyone comes to mizoram i will suggest you this place because i really like how the reception and staff was so friendly and nice with me and the food was really good plus the rooms are comfortable and very beautiful and cozy i will definitely book this place again and the view from there hotel is beautiful and very nice

It was a pleasent stay at aizawl guest house. It's located at the top having a very beautiful l natural view of the mountains and clouds over the sky. The hotel manager, receptionist and the cook are very friendly and cooperative. Their hospitality was very welcoming towards the guest. Highly recommended for the guests who plan their visit to aizwal.
