I really appreciate the hospitality offered by the staff, and enjoyed my family trip at the hotel. The indoor swimming pool and the sauna was very relaxing. I wish I could come to enjoy the outdoor pool in summer. Breakfast was excellent, and the Napoli pizza right across the hotel was one of the best pizzas in Europe.

房間乾淨衞生，洗手間比較小。酒店走去中心大噴泉那邊不遠，步行可達。大噴泉那裡有家叫無名小館的中餐廳超好吃。酒店的早餐性價比極低，如果不是房間包含，強烈不建議。

Kenne das Hotel aus dem letzten Jahr und weiß nicht, was da passiert ist. Eigentlich ein gut gelegenes Hotel mit Pool und eigener Garage. Leider war es diesmal ein schlechtes Erlebnis. Schon beim check in fühlt man sich nicht willkommen und die Linie an der Rezeption ist zu jeder Zeit lang weil sich das Personal gefühlt mit “wichtigerem” als mit Gästen beschäftigen möchte. Unser Zimmer war laut da zur Straße und dreckig.. Nach Reklamation neues Zimmer bekommen, war ruhiger,dafür aber nur noch halb so groß... Pool war um 10.00 immer noch geschlossen und leider fällt mir ausser den freundlichen Leuten vom Parkservice wenig ein, das mich noch mal in dieses Hotel führt.

Not a 5 star hotel , this is a standard 4 star big hotel without the luxury of a5 star

Very nice hotel, near to city center. Room is clean, tidy Breakfast choice is excellent. Staff members are efficient & courteous.

酒店不錯，攜程抽取的費用太高了，國內出發的時候定的2100多的酒店，到酒店就變成1800多。在日內瓦定的酒店差額達到了400多人民幣，建議大家定可以取消的，提前到酒店，退了後在前台購買
