Barbara Ann's Flat is comfy and sparkling clean. We are located at The Farms at Westwinds, just three miles from Historic Downtown Aiken. We are fully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen and wonderful crisp white linens. Our guests love the quiet evenings and wonderful views of the woodlands and pines. Jesse’s Flat is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends. We have seven flats located on 10 acres with a veggie and flower garden. We are located in a small, quiet neighbourhood where I have lived most of my life. Many of our guest walk, run or ride bikes in this area and our local biking club peddles through frequently.
