The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. *Service:* The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. *Food and Dining:* The breakfast spread was impressive Overall, my stay at Hotel Accolade was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I have been a regular here, and the service has been very good everytime. Clean rooms, good food, polite staff. Location is excellent as well.

Very poor experience! the rooms were full of bed bugs. Couldn't even sleep at night. Need to improve alot

The property is at a good location, the food is very good and the price is very economical. The staff is very cooperative and service is quick. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at Hotel Accolade Ahmedabad for two nights from 22-Nov to 24-Nov 2024 in double occupancy. The hotel is very well located near Gujrat college Ellisbridge. Law garden market is just 1.1 km away and riverfront is just 1.5 km away from the hotel. Auto, cabs etc. are easily available right in front of the hotel which is a plus point. We stayed in Suit (breakfast included) which has the highest tarrif among the three categories of rooms. In my openion, deluxe room sufficient and value for money in comparison to suit. I didn't see any advantage of suit over deluxe room. Size of the suit and features are almost same as the deluxe room so paying higher tarrif doesn't make any sense. Room (suit) has amenities like mineral water bottles, electric kettle with tea/coffe kit, chair & table, couch etc. Main door lock is manual and not electronic. Suit is partioned in two sections with curtains in the middle. One section is bedroom and the other section is dining/sitting area. Height of the roof is slightly less. Room has a window but outside view is ordinary. Room is daily clenead by the housekeeping staff. Towels and bed linens are also clean without any bad smell. One thing I didn't like about the suit is placement of cupboard and bath tub in the bathroom. Usually in hotels, cupboards are not placed in bathrooms but here in suit, it's inside bathroom. If bathroom is occupied, one can't access the cupboard untill bathroom door is unlocked from inside. In the bathroom, toiletries and hair dryer are provided. I felt bathroom a little congested. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Luggage assistance is provided. On our request, iron was provided in the room. We had veg buffet breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. Variety was also good and we didn't see repetition of breakfast items during our stay.. Overall our stay was satisfactory.
