The room had a very strange odour, as if it had not been in use for quite a while. there was dust on lamp shades and the table. the closet had a very strange odour. The hotel had no dining area, order food in the room, that's what they said. The sanitary fittings were also old and poorly maintained. Strangely, there was a bath tub in the washroom. I would not recommend you to stay at this place. 1700 per day for such a room was quite expensive

I trust makemytrip but the hotel i just booked hotel pinnacle isn’t as good as expected based on the pricing. Sorry to say, but the room flooring and the washroom are not that good.

I recently stayed at **Hotel Pinnacle, Ahmedabad**, for two days with my family, and our experience was truly enjoyable. The room shown in the app while booking was with a separate sofa for an additional person. But here they provided a different room. When enquired they showed the same room which was water damaged and stinking. With this no option but to take a room with a mattress placed on the ground.

When I went to the hotel, the atmosphere in the room was okay but the lower floor of the room did not feel right at all. It felt like sponges and cardboard were placed underneath while walking. We were two people and they gave us only one towel, one soap and one shampoo pouch. I called them and asked if I wanted a dental kit, but they said no. When I called again, they said they would ask. After that, they brought it. It felt a bit wrong to have to call and ask for these basic facilities when you book a room in a hotel. After waking up in the morning, I wanted to leave the hotel before eight. I asked them if I would get breakfast, but they said no. They said it would be after eight, at least they should have provided tea. They did not provide that either. I left the hotel at a quarter past seven in the morning because my son had an exam. I had come for that reason. I wanted to reach the place on time. Overall, my experience was that this hotel is okay.
