Good hotel accommodation friendly staff

Location is good , needs to improve cleanses , feel too old hotel rooms , very bad smell in bed sheet and towel , it was set in my night cloth , old furniture in the room breakfast is acceptable

Не очень долго ехать от аэропорта, и уже по направлению к следующему городу до которого надо было ехать на машине (более 5 часов). Огорчала шумная улица под окном, где до поздней ночи постоянно гудели машины и мотоциклы.

Lovely business hotel with careful attentive staff.

Minati, Shila, Renuka chef Jagdish, chef shashi Shubham have helped us enjoy our meal times by serving v delicious especially minati she was so sweet and grateful. nd tempting dishes during our stay at Welcome Hotel AHMEDABAD 17dev 18 dec 24.

The hotel room was very comfortable, checking in experience was pleasant and the dining experience very good. Good food ***** with very melodious live music as well as personal attention by staff at Ikkat restaurant made our dining experiences very enjoyable. Had a memorable stay.

Continue support from housekeeping, specially mr Mir. He is a nice guy, also his clinliness is top of the mark.nature is very good. Rooms are very good. All thanks to mr Mir , from housekkeping.. all staff was very helpful from housekeeping department.

My experience to be honest I feel wasn't as I expected. I had checked in today in the hotel where me and my colleagues were asked for our government proof id to be submitted to which me as well as my collegues handed it over to the receptionist and it wasn't given on time , I retrieved my colleagues passport and handed it over to her after I noticed that it wasn't given to her and she already left to her room by then it could have happened to me as well, as per me documentations such as these should be handed then and there at the time of check in with utmost care as these are very important documents and can create an issue if misplaced or lost. 2) at the time of checkin we weren't informed what I wifi password would be or for that matter also which number should we dial from room to connect to the reception when in room. 3)I had requested for bathroom amenities to be delivered to the room which took nearly 40-45 minutes to arrive , Also my lunch which I had ordered through in room dining did not take that much time. so I ended up eating up eating first and then freshening up later which was ideally supposed to be done visa versa. 4 ) Food I ordered was good , the in room dining delivered as per the time they promised even before that. Nothing was missed by them. Later in the evening I had gone in the restaurant for dinner the staff in the restaurant were very much prompt with their services and I could see they were very much hardworking and took really good care of us in the restaurant. Later I had a conversation with Mr Mustafa in the restaurant who was very much eager to know what went wrong and informed me that he would escalate this . He was very much approachable and listened to the queries with utmost curiosity.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, with many tourist places nearby. Our room was nice, clean, with a spacious bathroom. Service was very good. Breakfast was ok, but dinner was absolutely delicious and had a lot of varieties. Overall our stay was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel

Had a lovely stay and vibe was also very good. The service provided by all the staff was excellent. Though, I would really like to appreciate Bhumika for taking care of us so much at the restaurant. She has very approachable and kind personality.

Loved the place, especially the staff. Be it room service, dining or even laundry, Very cooperative. Shila, bhumi, renuka, Minati and geeta Thank you big time for making our stay at this place so comfortable, I'm grateful. Abhishek, praveen, shubham and dharmendra thank you for customizing food the way we wanted. Just that hot water in bath tub will be appreciated, Rest everything is good.
