1. While booking mm t gave option of late check in and validity for 24 hrs, which is not true. Hotel decline such flexibility. 2. It says complimentary pickup from airport. I also confirmed this from hotel. However after landing i was asked to take an auto from the airport. 3. Room was studio style small and what i had booked was an ac deluxe room. 4. The washroom was stinking. 5. It's worth to pay 700 to 1000 & not 1700- which mm t charged.

So, our checkout time was 8 but breakfast was not available that time but by default breakfast was included! we are paying unnecessary for breakfast and if breakfast is included by default then it should be provided to us at any time in morning! 8am is not that early. Also they provided the free drop to airport but by auto rickshaw not in car as its mentioned in the makemytrip! at last we are paying more as per the service provided!

Don’t book this hotel, no matter how desperate you are. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It had never been cleaned since the day it was built. The towel was grey in colour the sheets possibly had not been changed from the last guest. I knew this because there were biscuit crumbs on the bottom sheet. The bathroom was horrible. The hotel advertised that there was a rooftop restaurant. That’s a no, there were people sleeping there. You cannot order any food. There is one bottle of water allowance and that’s it. It’s hard for me when I live in temps of 9-15 degrees and I travel to a place of 30-38 degrees. The AC is set at one temperature, there are controls for guests. The windows are covered by a thin dirty mesh but remain open. The room door is very loose and could be easily assessable if a guest was sleeping. The emergency stairwell is full of rubbish so if there was any type of incident you’d be safer just jumping. The stairs are made up of loose and cracked tiles. I could go on and on and I’m sure that the next review will be a fabulous one!! However I am very fair about writing these reviews and if you check back the hundreds of hotels that I have written about. This is only the second time ever that I have had to comment about a bad hotel, so it must be bad.

Dirty room, wet bathroom, dust all over the place, very bad room service, they boldly put the phone receiver on side and every time we went 3 floor down to tell them our requirements.

Location was good ( near the airport) room was compact but neat and with most of the amenities needed for transition stay. Staff was good and complimentary breakfast was good in taste. Overall good budget friendly hotel.
