This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

Very near to airport, very clean and good staff, food also delicious

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Hopeless property, service and attitude. Please don't stay here. The carpets stinks. The whole building has Seepage. The washroom shower area fills up and does not flush out easily. The Internet facility is extremely poor. They don’t want to improve it. A simple video conference call is also not supported in the current age and world of digitisation The reception staff has major attitude. They think they are doing a favour by giving an opportunity to stay in their property

Property needs to invest in the basics … a) shower room for using the pool not rendered usable - so much grime on the floor that one has to balance carefully while showering . Had to literally look for a human being to request for a towel - the person was in the ladies area . Not a soul in the gents changing area b) finally someone from the housekeeping dept came after 10 minutes with a towel c) the bathrooms in each room still use bathtubs and no handle provided to balance oneself while showering - it’s a sure shot recipe for an accident waiting to happen … upon reporting the same , the reception staff still needed to be reminded twice to get a anti slip bathroom mat installed - they mentioned all rooms have the same problem.

We had just walked in for room booking and then decided to take up suite room. Our stay was for a day. Dinner buffet, room service, house keeping services were all excellent. We had some issues at our stay and we had no other option then to move to some other room. We wanted any room, even lower category would do as their property for the day was sold out and so couldn't give us another suite room. We had only one request if they could provide us an interconnected room as we had kids and my aged mother. Trying to help us out the best possible way, they upgraded us to presidential VIP room. We were very glad and they had sent us the breakfast to the room as we were shifting. The front desk staff, housekeeping manager and the general manager, were personally attending us and they had all been of extreme help and made sure we faced no difficulties and had a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this Hotel as their hospitality was top notch.

Uncountable mistakes and Very Bad experience , tired of telling them for their mistakes , and expecting something like normal ordinary hospitality services from such , Brand 😌🙃😌😌😌

Good hotel food is good hotel having swimming pool and lots of items for eating and all items are so tasty they provided 2 litres bottle as i m not seeing any other hotel can provide the 2 l bottle. Bath tub is not working.

Smelly rooms with cockroaches in bathrooms, badly maintained and unkempt upholstery. In addition the bed was shaky and the hot water shower didn’t work
