Very nice hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Bed very comfortable Very clean room . Very quiet area I will stay here again in the future. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices A lot of nice restaurants and stores very close to hotel .

Booked based on photos, and they were not accurate. Room was very dark and outlets did not work. There was not proper ventilation, so everything stayed wet. Beds were clean, but the entire hotel was dark. It was hard to see on your floor. Although it felt safe enough, it was not something I am comfortable with. Also, it is located across from a discotheque. There were plenty of nice hotels that were about the same price. This property is overpriced for the location. It is north of town, close to the springs. However, check in was smooth and they held your bags until you were ready to leave.

Pésimo hotel. Sin ventiladores ni calentadores en cada habitación ni tampoco suficientes para satisfacer las necesidades de la huéspedes, ventanas que dan al pasillo donde pasa la gente (imposible dejarlas abiertas por las noches por seguridad y privacidad, así que toca dormir encerrado, sin ventilación ni manera de controlar la temperatura), personal de recepción inepto, grosero e inútil. Incapaces de resolver la más mínima situación. No sé responsabilizan de sus deficiencias y culpan cobardemente a la agencia de viajes. Por si fuera poco, acceso difícil y complicado: si tienes la mala suerte como yo de que te asignen al 5to piso o si quieres desayunar, hay que saber que el desayuno es en el 6to piso y el elevador "casualmente" deja de funcionar el día que llegas a hospedarte. La peor opción sin lugar a dudas para hospedarse en camino a Machu Picchu. Elígelo sólo si quieres arruinar tus vacaciones por una mala experiencia en un hotel atendido por personas que no tienen la más mínima idea de lo que significa servicio al cliente.

Las ventanas de muchas habitaciones dan al pasillo interno, no se puede evitar la luz del pasillo, no tiene persiana una simple cortina que no cierra bien. El ruido es infernal, no pude pegar un ojo. No tienen shampoo, ni crema de enjuague. No hay toallas de mano. En el desayuno no hay una misera tostadora. Definitivamente una experiencia para el olvido.

Breakfast also has a nice view from the 6th floor. 清潔でとても快適でした。バスタブもあり、お湯も出てリラックスできました。シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。立地もよく、中心の通りにもすぐに出られます。マチュ・ピチュ到着時には駅までスタッフが迎えに来てくれます。朝食も6階からの景色がよいです。
