Elvira e la sua famiglia sono i veri protagonisti di questo meraviglioso alloggio. Amore, passione, dedizione sono le fondamenta tangibili che si riscontrano già al primo impatto. Il b&b è all’interno di un vicolo di via Atenea - via principale del corso di Agrigento. Perciò, un punto logistico ottimo! Carinissimo l’ingresso, la hall e lo spazio per la colazione - posizionata in un luogo comune, condiviso e accessibile per tutte e cinque le stanze. Camere piccole, ben curate e pulite, munite di tutti i confort. Elvira è un’ottima consigliera, socievole, di cuore, capace di saper metterti a tuo agio, in modo del tutto genuino, naturale e familiare. Permanenza davvero piacevole! Sarà un punto fisso per le nostre prossime visite ad Agrigento!

The property is hidden away off the main street. The rooms are clean, quiet and adequate. There is a common room with musical instruments and books of the area to enjoy.The host is delightful, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. She helped find a guide for the Valley of Temples. She personally guided us for a safe parking spot. Her dining suggestions were excellent. She even dealt with the pharmacist across the sreet on her behalf with a medical issue. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay at this property.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Camere a Sud as a base to visit Valli dei Templi. We parked at Vittorio Emanuele with fairly level walk across to accommodation (parking was busy with limited spaces, excess coin payments roll over to next day period on machines!). The checkin was fairly automated with lockbox and pin to collect keys and also cameras at entry with magnetic door opening so no one at reception at the time. The rooms are nice with lovely communal area with tea/coffee and snacks/cake. A communal honesty fridge charges a fair price for drinks compared to supermarket prices. Elvira was also very responsive, proactive and helpful on WhatsApp in resolving issue with the shower. Location is good with easy access to main Via Atenea street for food and shops and also great local cake shop for breakfast croissants. We would recommend this stay.

Good overnight stay in agrigento
Good overnight to visit Valley of temples and Agrigento town. Well located in the center with easy access to transportation. Room very clean, bed a little hard but comfortable, water pressure a little low but fine for its purpose. Had breakfast in a nearby pasticceria.

A mixed bag. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was good. We had a small balcony overlooking the main street which we liked, though be warned that it gets very noisy out there on Saturday nights! It's no longer a 'family' environment (they live elsewhere) and there is little interface with the host - although we arrived during the stated check-in slot and had even emailed our ETA in Agrigento there was no-one to let us in. When we did finally see the owner she had little time for our queries. There is no longer any breakfast provided, though this was unclear at the time we booked.

Stayed one night, good location in center of old town. Clean room, water pressure a bit low, bed a little hard to our liking but fine for an overnight. Walking distance to train station, restaurants. Local bus to valley of temples. No included breakfast but easy breakfast in nearby pastry shops. Owner buzzed us in remotely when we arrived.
