The room was clean but the washroom was the worst. There were cockroaches and no water bottle was given.
The washroom was stinking because there was no exhaust. Will not recommend to anyone.

We were provided shabby and extremely small room with dirty linen and quilts. I forced a change of linen and pillow cover. The room had no space to walk apart from bed and keeping our luggage. the toilet was extremely small as well. There was no lift even to 2nd floor additionally to narrow and steep staircase. The breakfast served to us was bought from streets and then served on stained plates and bowls from Hotel. We were not provided with any water bottles, forget about kitchennet and electric kettle. I checked other rooms and all the rooms are of same size. Only thing good about this hotel is it's location which is walking distance from Agra Cant railway station, and helpful boy who was the only staff.They did help us with arrangement of taxi for Agra tour and that was helpful, the driver was kind and good. Remaining everything was very bad and will never ever stay here..

When we checked in the room, he showed leaking water from the room like a part of 6 gonna fall down. Then, we raised a request that they changed us to the new room, and that room doesn't have the amenities that are provided . Every service they are providing costs double the charge.
I asked them to book a bus to jaipur, the worst bus I ever took in my life, which has almost the same price as the AC. That's bus has red pan stains and bus driver filling like 16 people in the back of the bus. As a result, we took another bus with less price than the one he provided, which is AC bus, and we ended up losing 900 rs. Overall, my experience is pretty bad, and I will never recommend this hotel again.
