The location is good, food is also good but they should provide complementary at least the salad with ordered food. Amenities are for name only should be better brand and quality. Services are good, staff is cooperative.

Property location is good. Nearby tajmahal. Overall is good. Only disappointed of facilities that there is no electric kettle and tea and coffee facility which is important and given by every hotel.

Spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Fresh towels and linens. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They attend to requests promptly. We had a great stay with no complains. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for families.

Location is perfect. Service is really good. Staff is very supportive, they have transfer facility also with same rate as outside. They have dine in service, food is really tasty. I highly recommend you to taste good mainly lunch/dinner, bf we did not find much options and alos looks little high price but lunch& dinner mast try ! even we requested them that we stay 1 hr extra around 12. That also they accepted so very much supportive and good guidance.

Very good hotel. Value for money. Very near to taj mahal and agra fort. One can book it without second thought.

I never stayed at the property after checking in. And the hotel is not even courteous enough to refund the amount. We checked in at 11:30 pm and the place was full of mosquitoes and insects. Even the rooms were full of their presence. The first room that they showed was full of ciggerate smoke essence. The other rooms were also not appropriate as mentioned above finally had to leave and look for another one and fortunately got a stay at jaypee palace. Even the makemytrip team was not efficient enough in getting the refund back mentioning the reason as hotel denied and is not accepting their inefficiency. Who in this world accept their mistake. Anyways. My booking amount is a charity to them now.

Beds and floors were not clean and didn't expect to be this way. Pols improve the hygiene of the hotel so that people get value for money

A very nice place to stay. It's a very hygienic room and bathroom. It's very neat and clean. The staff is also very humble.
