Radisson Hotel Agra arvostelua

The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location for visiting the Taj Mahal. The superior room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was good, though perhaps a bit limited for Western guests. However, we did encounter some issues: 1. Upon entering the room, we found blood stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet, and the toilet itself was dirty—something absolutely disgusting and, above all, unhygienic (I’ll refrain from posting the photos). Only after raising the issue, they proceed to thoroughly clean the bathroom (which should be a given); 2. The air conditioning was noisy. Again, it was only fixed after we reported it; 3. Overall, the room should be cleaned more thoroughly. These issues are unacceptable for a hotel belonging to an international chain like Radisson.

first and foremost the taj mahal view is false advertising. you’ll just a glimpse of it. the room cleanliness was sub par. And the lobby has too many people, especially ***

Сам отель классный. Номер чистый и уютный. До Тадж Махал можно дойти пешком. Очень сильно расстроило отношение персонала к гостям: 1. Накануне выезда договорились с сотрудником на ресепшн о позднем выезде, была озвучена стоимость 15000 рупий. Утром перед завтраком зашел еще раз предупредить, девушка озвучивает стоимость 3000. Долгий спор, договорились на 1500 с выездом в 15:00; 2. Начиная с 12:00 до 15:00 позвонили 5 раз и спрашивали не собираемся ли мы освободить номер. В 14:59 начали стучать в дверь и требовать выселения…; 3. Как только сдали карточки - отключили нам интернет (заблокировали логин и пароль к wi-fi). LTE в отеле работает крайне плохо. Нужно было принять участие в важном совещании, персонал нехотя забил в телефон новые данные для доступа…; 4. Супруга плохо себя чувствовала, попросила кипяток чтобы заварить свой чай. Нас пригласили в столовую где утром завтрак. Налили чай из пакетика. И попросили оплатить 570 рупий!!! За чай из пакетика (~ 750₽). Если честно - отвратительно для сетевого отеля

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! Driver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

洗衣店真的很差勁，竟然能把我老公的polo外套弄成這樣。 那天早上五點我們退房的。真的很差勁。 酒店小餐廳門口矮個子女服務員也是搞笑的，讓我們坐下，看到一個殘疾人要用餐又讓我們站起來出去等。 那時候我也剛從醫院掛水回來還發燒，就這麼被她趕出去了。真的很差。

Hotel pulito situato vicino alla metro e alle principali attrazioni. Personale fantastico, ristorante ottimo. Pulizia impeccabile. Camera con vista sul Taj Mahal.

I paid an extra amount for an upgrade pertaining to my preferences still upon my check in i had to change the room immediately as the preferences were not taken care of. The food quality is ok. Even after putting the DND sign the room was serviced in my absence. Overall the stay was just ok.

Хороший отель. Большие номера, удобная кровать. Есть все необходимое: фен, утюг, холодильник, мини-бар. Еда в ресторане вкусная, но только индийская. Нет выбора для европейских гостей. Вежливый услужливый персонал, хорошо говорят на английском. Из плюсов: вид из номера прямо на Тадж Махал. Но вечером его не видно, так как нет подсветки. Ехать всего 10 минут до Тадж Махала. Утром, чтобы увидеть его на рассвете, расположение отеля точно является преимуществом. Есть спа с массажами по приятной цене. Но мы туда не ходили. Из минусов: маленький бассейн. На улицу лучше не выходить. Вокруг разруха и очень грязный район.
