立地やサービスはよかった。荷物も長く預けることができてたすかった、 コンディショナーが補充されていなかったのは残念だった。

清潔感と高級感があるホテルでした。 スタッフの方達もとても親切で、連泊したいくらい素敵なホテルでした！

完璧です！ 何もかも完璧。 部屋も綺麗で水回りも綺麗。バスタブもついています！！！！！！ 朝食は普通でしたが、ディナーは豪華で美味しい！

I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations

We stayed for two nights, from January 1 to January 3, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot lassi and delicious pancakes, which were a highlight of our mornings. A special thank you to the lovely Ms. Shilpa for her kindness and patience in teaching me how to wear a saree. Her guidance made the experience incredibly memorable, and I'll always treasure it. Her service was exceptional! **Cons:** During both nights of our stay, there were numerous events, which led to some noise. Overall, I still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a memorable stay in Agra!

Your listing shows in city centre location in booking . Com i am here for work so now I wasted 15 mins extra each time ... Your staff is brilliant polite and helpful. Bless them all . Your breakfast BHEDAI is bad not authentic . I am here with wife on business but really looked forward to eat all Agra food .. Found Agra surprisingly clean . Enjoyed our trip this visit . Was very apprehensive about the cleanliness on the streets . Congratulations .

Easy to get to taj mahal, friendly staff and amenities very good and clean

For us everything was near perfect. The only suggestion is to improve service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Breakfast buffet choices were ok but there was no any cheese!  Apart of this, wonderful stay, very comfortable rooms.

受付の女性スタッフ2名が非常に対応も良かった！ Shilpaさんも1人の方本当にありがとう！ ホテル設備も綺麗で非常によくタージマハル、アグラ城までもリキシャですぐに行ける好立地ということもあり 悩んでる人には是非おすすめしたいホテル！

Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
