Regenta Place Raaj Agra, Tajganj

Rooms are good. Place is decent. Car parking is an added advantage. Proper place to stay with family and roaming in Agra. Staffs are very helpful. All the amenities are up to the mark and decent. Communication is easy. Check in and check is also very well managed.

The place is neat and the rooms are good. I had a three bed room. Their chekin time is 14:00 and checkout time is 11:00 my booking was from 06th oct to 08th oct. I arrived at the hotel on 06th oct at 08:30 i was told that i cannot checkin since the chekin time was 14:00. The room can be made available only by 13:00 the reception also told that for early checkin, i had to pay charges (around 3000) i did mention that i had booking until 08th oct 11:00 but i will vacate on 07th oct 20:00 i will not stay during the night. Hence i requested them to kindly make the room available with extra charges. They did not comply to this. So i had to leave the hotel for the trip without taking bath etc. I returned at 14:00 and only then could enter my room. This was one of the problems i faced during my stay. So if you are booking likely to reach early, please double check with them if they will accommodate you without any additional charges. The price of the food items are quiet high. I saw the latest reviews quiet poor for this hotel. I did not believe it until i went there and saw myself.

Perpect stay with hitel rooms was so good and bed was so comfortable . I had dinner was good and service was so good , buffet breakfast was nice managed and have a lots of variety. I definitely come again and i recommend to my all friends and family.

Comfortable stay, and the Taj Mahal is around 5 kilometers away by drive. Good Wi-Fi connection and parking availability as well..............................................................................................

We stay here for five days, nice stay very good service and food was so yummy , we enjoyed very much , location was super . And very easy go to taj mahal , rooms was so spacious and bed was very comfortable. Really good hotel , I recommend this hotel

The hotel was a really nice stay and very good for the price. You can see the taj mahal from the 5th floor which was a bonus. The rooms were really big and nice. Aircon and internet speed was really good. Room service was super fast and real helpful.

A la noche no había agua caliente; nos dieron 1 cama, necesitábamos 2; habitación no muy limpia, el baño se moja completo cuando te duchas, toallas y sábanas manchadas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Desayuno, regular. Muy pocas opciones para los que no desayunamos curries.
