Complimentary food service is not good as i have even paid more for complimentary food. Complimentary food is not available in hotel they provide food from outside.

Terrible rooms, window ac with no remote control. No mirror in bathroom. No proper switches for lights in room. Bed size was not as expected. No telephone in room to contact reception for any issue. No slippers in room. Water flow and pressure in washroom was slow. No cleanliness. No complementary breakfast provided as mentioned while booking. Quality of rooms not good. Parking area was too bad. Door locks were pathetic.

I suppose it is one of my worst experiences in any hotel. Please understand you are not booking room, hence one expect atleast few hospitality mannerism. Rooms was highly unhygienic stains were there on blanket cover, Staff was untrained (for everything they just call the owner and owner defends things with his logic. We booked breakfast but they came up with kachori and jalebi after so much discussion with owner, No Geyser, there is written "Light Jane par AC nahi Chalega, they defend it with a logic ki sir Light jaati nahi waise toh. I mean come on you charged us approx the rooms. No toiletries too. just a single 5rs wali choti si saboon. bol kar ki sir yahi dete hai. Simply put, Don't Go To This Property. It's a nightmare. Better pay 200 rs more and get some good property. Not sure how it's Guest Rating is 4.4. Looks like manipulated.
