Cinnamon

Cinnamon is an oasis of calm off the main street in Agonda. Wooden shacks are built around a small swimming pool and dining area, surrounded by palms and lush greenery. Accommodation is fairly basic, with big comfortable beds, a wardrobe, desk and chair, and a bathroom which is partially open to the outdoors. You kind of feel like you’re living outside, a bit like glamping. I loved this, however it might not be to everyone’s taste. Breakfast is included and there were lots of choices, I particularly liked the French toast with fruit, but they offered Indian options which were very good and a full English breakfast. We arrived very late at night but they were still able to organise for us to have a meal, anything we wanted from their menu, which I was very grateful for after a long day of travelling. This was the only time we ate there (there are so many restaurants to try in Agonda) but I reckon Cinnamon has a very good chef, as the food we had was extremely well made and tasty. I’ll never forget this lovely place, I really enjoyed staying there.

This hotel is amazing! Set in beautiful surroundings and the accommodation is 5 star. 3 minute walk to beautiful adonda beach. We were very lucky to see Olive Radley baby turtles. The pool is so needed in the beautiful weather . The standard of hygeine everywhere is very high. The staff are friendly, welcoming and really cannot do enough for you. Rajesh in particular is wonderful and took care of our every need. Thank you everyone we have loved our stay. We will definitely be back. Jon and jo

Cinnamon Agonda замечательное место для полноценного отдыха людей, любящих тишину и покой. Отдельно стоящие коттеджи, которые находятся среди пальм и банановых деревьев. Это создает неповторимую атмосферу джунглей с пением птиц и голосами природы. Расположение очень удобное, 3 минуты ходьбы от моря и, что очень важно, в удалении от дороги, шумных баров и ресторанов. В пешей доступности кафе, несколько лавок с овощами и фруктами, многочисленные торговые палатки вдоль центральной дороги, в которых продается одежда, чай, изделия местных ремесленников. В номере есть вся необходимая мебель. Было бы замечательно, если бы там еще был небольшой холодильник и чайник. Питьевая вода всегда есть в кулере около ресторана в неограниченном количестве. Персонал очень вежливый и трудолюбивый. На территории отеля живет несколько кошек, которые днем спят, а вот ночью иногда любят побегать по крышам, создавая шум. В ресторане готовят замечательный суп из морепродуктов, свежевыловленную рыбу, креветки, очень вкусные свежевыжатые соки, сырно-чесночные лепешки (нан). Мы прекрасно отдохнули и с удовольствием приедем на следующий год. Спасибо всему персоналу!
