I stayed at Roda Beach with my two children (7&9yrs). Our first time at an All-Inclusive Resort, and I'm not sure if we're suited to this type of resort, so bear that in mind when reading my review. My first impressions were that the views are incredible across the water to Albania/Mainland Greece. As a backdrop to the hotel it is stunning and is taken advantage of in all the restaurants. We arrived at around 1pm and the pool area was really noisy with entertainment. If you like music and entertainment all day long then you would absolutely be on your element, but I prefer it to be quieter in the daytime. This is only around the main pool I might add. Which unfortunately is where the only two toddler pools are, so if you need those pools, then you would have to be around the noise all day long. Loads of sunloungers around the main pool, but people get up really early to reserve then, so you would have to do the same to be in with a chance of getting near the pool. My children were too big for the toddler pools, but not confident enough for the big pool which is 1.6m depth all over (no shallow end). Inflatables avaliable to buy from the shop if needed. Thankfully there is another set of pools just across from reception in a block with rooms with private pools. You cannot use the private pool rooms obviously, but two corner bigger pools, which are 1.1m depth all over were much more suitable. There is a bar over by this pool, which serves drinks and snacks, but there is no toilet. No music though and a much more relaxed vibe. Unfortunately as its within a block you don't get the views, but it was perfect for my children to play confidently. The beach is sandy, with plenty of loungers. The views are stunning, so we tended to spend the morning at the pool and afternoon at the beach on the days we were there. Sea is really shallow for a long way out and calm, so perfectly safe for children. Food wise, the main restaurant has 3 services a day, there is also two Crepe Stations, and Ice cream stand, Souvlaki station and 4 bars. There are 3 A La Carte restaurants on the beach from (Asian, Italian, Greek) and you can choose 1 to book in to during your stay. Overall I wasn't massively impressed by an of the food. I am vegetarian, so I not sure that helped. The food is fine, but nothing was hugely tasty or felt special. We chose the Italian for our one A La Carte meal and even that was just standard level catering. The main restaurant does do kids food well, as lots of very plain options for potential fussy eaters. Plain pasta without any sauce, so you could add your own seemed to be a hit. Also a pizza station which the kids seemed to love. LOADS of pudding choices, but again nothing was amazingly tasty, just OK. I didn't drink as travelling alone with kids, so can't comment. But there was a wide range it seemed, and other were enjoyed alcohol throughout the day. The Evening entertainment wasn't for us either, but lots of other people seemed to really enjo
